No worries. Yes new ideas are impossible until they are not. Simply ask Vitalik  

My point here is lets not get into the back and forth of what is and what is not possible with technology. As time will surely prove it wrong. Just ask Satoshi Nakamoto if you want another. Both Dan and Dan of my community Bitshares and eMunie have proven automated pegging is not only possible but has already been deployed. So has NuBits, Tether and other stability mechanisms. Having the funds to improve on these mechanism with research and a fully dedicated team is what this project will look to do in the long term as it will greatly benefit us to be stable against the Dollar (if we are going to be the next). Both Dan and Dan of my community Bitshares and eMunie have proven automated pegging is not only possible but has already been deployed. So has NuBits, Tether and other stability mechanisms. Having the funds to improve on these mechanism with research and a fully dedicated team is what this project will look to do in the long term as it will greatly benefit us to be stable against the Dollar (if we are going to be the next). We are just getting started and your donations are helping us now.

But remember that is long term.

The short term is changing Hollywood. We need to focus on building utility within the $200 Billion Cable TV market that is clearly ripe for disruption in America. We start there. Inspire the American people to use the currency in this way while its a UIA. THEN we can have serious talks about the Sollars coming blockchain. Everything is a process.

1. How long after the ICO completes will tokens be distributed?
Immediately. 2-3 Days tops

2. How long after the ICO will tokens end up on the first exchanges?
We are talking to some exchanges right now. They will be available though for sure immediately on OpenLedger.

3. When will the development team be allowed to access funds from the ICO?
Funds will be accessed AFTER the ICO's 28 day period is over. We belong to the Bitshares community and this is a powered by Bitshares project initiative.

4. What happens if there are tokens that aren't sold after the ICO?
If there are tokens not sold in the ICO they will be locked up for a vested period of 6 months where they cannot be touched. This will allow the market to choose a price for the token and really gauge how well we do as within that 6 month period we will be launching the KickStarter. We encourage individuals to hold on to the token but we cannot control what people do. The project has long term value and we would simply point to Ethereum as a wise tale of waiting. Meaningful projects take time for fruition.

The limit for this token is 10 Million and yes that is a hard limit.

Yes this is with Automated technology that comes from both the community we belong to (Bitshares) and the algorithm currently being developed by eMunie founder Dan Fuseleer. I don't know if this was already mentioned, but the pre-sale was posted here on March 22nd. There was even a speculation thread posted shortly afterward.

Solomon has also been available to the public on Mumble sessions, answering questions from the community. I grilled him early on, going from someone that was really skeptical (posted in Bitshares thread) to a supporter once I better understood what he wanted to accomplish. He has a traditional film backgroud and trying to leverage that skillset in crypto.

He uses a well known escrow and has been very responsive answering questions. I'm just one opinion, but thats what I've seen since digging into the project.

Not here to tell you how to invest.

What does it mean "Can Purchase in Increments of 5000" ? Does that mean that in ICO we can only buy 5k 10k 15k an so on solcerts and not like 13718 ?

I just did not get it: Please, step for step, how can I participate in the ICO starting Apr14 if I want to use my openledger account for that?  
And: After the ICO- I assume the ICO participants will be able to exchange their coins? If yes, on which platform/exchange would I be able to exchange/swap my Solcerts from the ICO back to bitcoin or bitshares?
