I am sure that many would love to spend Bitcoin if the infrastructure was well developed. But now, some may only buy and hold Bitcoin. This is due to the fact that there is no way to pay for goods using Bitcoin. I do not often spend their Bitcoins

Yes Agree with that, many websites that accept bitcoin as a payment method. even many offline stores in several countries that accept bitcoin as well. so it depends on the knowledge we have, if we continues to be active in this forum, then we can know where to use bitcoin to buy goods or services.
in Russia, there are some companies that facilitate Russian society to pay the phone bill and internet bill using bitcoin.

I am quite surprised that you have much services available at all in Russia for bitcoin considering the tough stance they seem to have being taking on bitcoin over the last few years, maybe they are starting to come around and it's good to see.

I would like to see some of the bitcoin sales figures that some of the bigger bitcoin accepting countries for good they have sold for bitcoin payment, companies like Dell and Microsoft would be great examples since their market is already manily geeks and nerds like us bitcoin crazies

I only spend my bitcoin when i need to buy or pay something like my monthly bills which is very convenient for me because i don't need to go to the physical stores or places just to pay.

I wish I have that kind of discipline because most of earnings here just goes to gambling and sometimes even my salary in real life job, that's sick, right? That is a problem that we all are facing that we have many places where we can spend our bitcoins but its limited only to those people who knows about bitcoin and majority of people are not aware about bitcoins yet and even if they have heard about it they don't know how to use it or how to earn it and that is a big problem bitcoin is facing at a moment but lets hope that things will be different in future and maximum number of people will start using bitcoins.
