I don't get it. Why would you dump 8 mill ESP for a few $$ right after you get them for free... If you joined the giveaway one could assume that you support the ESP project and not just wanted to dump the ESP you get for free. Can someone explain me this? |

Added a Core 2 Quad at 40Kh/s.. Also I am using CPU Miner on another rig i7-2600 but am only getting about 80, not the performance that someone updated in the chart.. -Rog I was also surprised that the i7 2600 gets almost the same hashrate as my i7 4820k. Maybe I need to OC  I was able to get to 180 KH/s just with an mild overclock, so if you can, try overclocking |

I tried, but it throws an error once it starts, and program closes.. What is your command line? I use this cpuminer-sse2.exe -a hmq1725 -o http://127.0.0.1:22440/ -u xxxxxxx -p xxxxxxx I've tried, cpuminer-sandy, and sse2 also.. but it starts, gets the latest block count then windows says the normal cpuminer has caused a problem blah blah. Thanks! -Roger I now see what is causing your issue. cpuminer-opt-sse2 is the correct execuatble for you to be running for a core 2 chip. cpuminer-opt (at least for espers' hmq1725 algo) only works while pool mining. It crashes when trying to solo mine. |
