i found this while googling & i notice their rates (ref purpose from btc to bch) are far better than shapeshift. can i safely say this is currently the best exchange? can someone suggest if this is not the BEST! tks in advance

AHAHAHAHHAAH Check this guys name. Ask literally anyone (apart from this guy) how long their support takes to get back to you and you will know this is not correct....

They are exit scamming doing selective payouts, my guess is they got hacked and are trying to recover before word gets out.

They have had my Ripple sitting in their wallet, clearly visible, for over 4 days now.

DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE INCORPORATED IN PANAMA AND YOU CAN DO SFA ABOUT THEM SCAMMING YOU TOO!

I Use the coinomi wallet and mostly exchange using shapeshift. Never had to wait for an hour or even more like with changelly. This is already the third time I exchange coins that they are taking far too long. Now it's been over 3hours since they received my coins, the first time I even had to wait a couple of days. Having troubles is something that can always happen but not like this. Right now I'm losing money because I can't use my coins because changelly is'nt such an instant exchange after all. I get that bitcoin and ether are having slow transactions but I'm not converting either of them.

U Guys really need to fix this or people are going to stop trusting your exchange.

At least they seem to respond on twitter. They seem to have blocked comments on reddit.
They seem to be trying to clear the small value transactions, while leaving the big ones open.

Goosus, please let us know if your issue gets resolved.

i have not used changelly so far am trying to find out more over here. so far heard abt "minergate + missing coin + bytecoin" but i hope changelly is different. keeping an eye on this thread now. any alternative will be appreciated, tks

Although it took them a while my last pending transaction was also transfered. The high interest in crypto's seems to have it's toll on a lot of services. I hope Changelly will expand it's team according to marketdemand because it will be booming from now!
I have lost some money due to the long transactiontimes which is a pitty!
For now I will keep using changelly.

A lot of services have been affected by the rapid increase in crypto volumes, but at least they keep their users updated. Changelly seems to be going to the other extreme, censoring users comments on reddit and maintaining a stoic silence. Plus they seem to be selectively clearing transactions. No wonder people are worried.

I sent ltc to exchange pivx on changelly. After waiting exchange for 1 hours it said sorry transaction failed. I'm trying to reach support center but no answer. There is an option for refunding on shapeshift, but I can't refund my ltc on changelly. Did I loose my ltc? How can I refund it?

i've decided to try changelly around 3 hours ago after paid btc with 14 confirmation i still cannot get my exchanged coin. worse of all the rates keeps changing at the site moving up & down as i'm writing. i would assume when i does go through i will never get that better rates when i initiated the exchange. i should hv listen to some of the negative comments posted here. i hv many transactions with shapeshift without much delay at most is less than 1 hour after payment by btc even with less confirmation i still get my exchanged coins. i don't think i will ever use them again. why? because you will never get that good rates by the time exchange concluded. btw my transaction isstill in exchange mode not sure how long before i get my coins will update here when i get them  

*UPDATE* : finally transaction was successful quantity is exactly what i get at point of transaction but after 6 hours later, anyway thanks Changelly appreciated it
