I'm not a member of the Ionomy cult since I have been permanent ban from the organization laid down by the Ionomy Kangaroo Court...

How many coins need to get reward in stake?

Any amount will earn you a reward it's just the more coins you own the less time it takes to earn that reward

Locally Staking 10K ion will get you approx 1 to 2 rewards per day that's 5.75 /11.50 ion

20K gets you a masternode, Current reward level for a masternode is http://ion.nodes4u.com/
