Certainly an investment. If not, people would convert btc to cash ASAP and simply hold the cash. Unless you live in one of the few places with dcent btc acceptance rates, Its hard to spend btc on anything other than consumer products and precious metal.

Mostly as investment, it is nice to have something not following stock market, and maybe can be hidden from some agency, if you know what I mean ....

I think everyone will use bitcoin as a currency on the internet, and on the other hand they see bitcoin is an excellent investment tool. it is because bitcoin can make money very quickly if invested in the right places, but it is very fast bitcoin transaction enables everybody to see bitcoin as the best currency in the internet

yeah this can happen eventually but there still isn't as much services even online that accept bitcoin. especially the big ones don't yet do it.
for example two of the biggest ones like Amazon and Ebay still doesn't let bitcoin transactions in their system,

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

Yes i also use bitcoin as a currency but I see bitcoin as an investment that could be profitable when prices rise and it's the added value of bitcoin.

I think the most people do both of them and that is because you can also see now that many people are now holding because the value is going to be more worth.
So they are waiting for the right moment to sell it so they can earn some huge profit with it and that is perfect.

We all were using it in both sense, but now after the price rise majority of people have started to look it as an investment as they can earn really high profits by selling at the time of halving.

Right now, with the bitcoin price continuously rising, one cannot be blamed for holding as much as he can, while only using a little so he can earn as much profit as he can. That is what I'm doing right now and will continue to do so, while waiting for the price to stabilize.

I voted for the third one and seems that also 70% of participants on the poll have voted the same. Bitcoin basically is a currency which we use to buy and sell things even trading for altcoins and vice versa but bitcoin can also be considered as an investment which for the past weeks proves that can bring good profit.

People are not using it as an currency now, they are using it as an investment as halving is coming so everyone is hoping to make best profits at that time.

Well if people are using it as an investment then why the block are always full? It means that people are using it as a currency, are transferring the bitcoin from an address to another and those that are using as investment there are no needs to move the funds once are in the cold storage.

The majority of the people here use Bitcoin as an investment, that's right.

But I think the further we go in the future, the more people will respect the currency aspect of Bitcoin.

Why? Because it's easy and fast to use, and you control your money to the full. How can some one not going to like this?

BSV is not the real Bcash. Bcash is the real Bcash.

I am using bitcoin as currency, I am earning that from internet and I do not readily change that earned amount to fiat but they are remained in my wallet and whenever I need to buy something , first I try to buy that with bitcoin and when it is unable to buy that with bitcoin then I convert that to fiat  and spend .

About 95% of my bitcoin is alloted for investment, most of it I hold, while about a third I use for trading. A very small portion goes to paying off utility bills and load credits for my phone. It is turning to be a good investment right now with the price surging past $730. My only problem now is not being able to buy a lot when the price was hovering in the $420-$440 range.
