Hey, I'll answer here so maybe someone who had the same issues can see.

Basically, everything appeared now so it looks ok. I can see both the past and the actual bets in 'history' and 'in play' tabs, which was not the case this morning.
I saw that my balance increased a bit and thought I won some games, it appears I just got reimbursed because there was not enough interest. Shame because I crushed that LSU prediction

Is really the live chat of Sportsbet is not working on Mobile? Since last night till now, I can't use the live chat while on mobile. But when I tried my laptop it's working.
I am using the Brave browser on my android phone. Even I tried to use the desktop view of the Brave browser, still not working.

It will be nice if Steve can offer different start time for the tournament to see which tournament gets the most traffic based on the starting time of the tournament. At least if there are some tournaments with different starting time, it gives an opportunity to players based on their timezone.
It is indeed the main problem of a poker tournament which is opened worldwide. Not all players will be able to join due to different timezone. Probably sportsbet needs to open a poll where potential players can vote for the starting time.

Steve definitely has such statistics in hands but he replied and I agreed that we can not ask for such diversifying tournaments for many time zones. One thing maybe you did not think of: Tournaments should be managed by some of the site's staffs in real time and I am sure the start time of tournaments have to somewhat meet the most convenient time for most of gamblers on the site and the staff who is responsible for the tournament.

The site has an alternative tournament: Freeroll Poker. Maybe you or others don't like it as the one you asked for but it is life. Having an alternative to play is better than don't have anything.

I know there are some questions on the timing of the tournament, but with 24 hours a day, its hard to please everybody.

At this stage, it needs to stay at this time zone for the foreseeable future.

For those out of hours, there are freeroll poker tournaments available I believe.

The only way for me to access the poker app is my phone. I also use brave browser and I did not have any problem to test the message while playing a freeroll tourney. Is this what you are asking or you are asking for about the support chat?

I just tried it on the mobile version of Brave and it worked for me. At first it didn't work but once you turn off the shield feature the chat room should appear.

Try another browser. I have just tested the site and poker with firefox and it loads without problems. So I think it's the brave browser that causes the problems.

The poker thing is awesome and it brings a lot of people together at the same time, I know sportsbook couldn't do this in a collective way even though we were all gambling on the same games because we weren't really all on the same "table" both figuratively and literally.

I was thinking if there was anything else that could be done like this but I couldn't come up with anything, I am not a poker savy person so I do not join these things but at the same time I want to be with other people while gambling during this period (lockdown can get pretty lonely) so I don't know if there is anything else we can do all together, but if anyone has any ideas that would be awesome, that way we can maybe suggest it to steve as well, and I know he is an open ears kind of person as well.

Yeah it's a complete donkfest , regular 7-4 , Q-3 , etc all-ins .  I'll probably get kicked out at some point by one of these guys . literally it's like a coin flip whenever I want to play a hand .   For them A-2 , A-3 is a perfect hand to go all in pre-flop....
