I just started playing on the site yesterday and when I go to the homepage and click on See All upcoming Events, and then go to Load More,  I see nothing. It just doesn't load - Is this a bug with only me or does this button not work for others as well ?

Guys, is that something wrong at the first raffle ? It's gone and no history of the first raffle in my account. It's only me or what ? I hope they explain and fix this.

Yap, I cant find the history and the winners list as well. Only see my tickets but do not see how many entries in total. It has been drawn 4hours ago as shown under "My Tickets" tab but it is not clickable.
Just asked live support and he asked me to wait while he is asking for the promo team.

Yes prizes were credited to the winners already. This happened because the block was mined faster than expected I think they based the said block on the average of blocks mined per day. Lets wait what will sportsbet say about this.

I made a bet yesterady as well but was not credited the related ticket in time for today draw (if it has already be drawn as it seems).

Also I had a problem with that bet :   I bet 3 mBTC parlay on three tennis matches for a total win of 4.12 mBTC , bet turned out to be a winning one but I only was credited with 3.49 mBTC .

edit:   Just realized one match I was betting on ( Kohlschreiber's one) was cancelled due to injury so bet payment it's ok

Agree on you with this as well: unfortunately seems like some casino sites lately uses to run raffle/lotteries without disclosing what is the method used to choose winners.
I'm referring to Sportsbet.io Bitcasino.io VegasCasino.io and don't know if other operators are doing the same.


Let me also state I won their lotteries prizes at all the three casino mentioned ( never placed on top prize positions by the way, always minor ones) so am not arguing they don't pay because I have been.

I only want to reaffirm my opinion, which seems to be general here on bitcointalk, that more trasparency with drawing methods would make people happier and would increase the confidence in those raffles.

Yeah, i also have 2 bets in 2 days in olympic games but still not received the raffle tickets. I hope sportsbet.io can figure it out and give explanation to us here.

Hey guys,

Minimum bet is 1 mBTC to receive a ticket. Each player can receive up to 4 tickets per each lottery (1 per day, 4 days in total).

Regarding the draw, as we promised we just finished provably fair system within lottery system, so everyone can check fairness of these draws.

First of all I won 50 mBTC so I am very happy about that. But I am still not certain about how this raffle exactly works.
It seems that I still have two tickets for future lotteries left. And I thought these will be all consumed in today's raffle.

But, why does deposit require 5 confirmations? 2 or 3 confirmations would be enough in my opinion unless someone is depositing 10,000 BTC.

Your deposit requires 0 confirmations (Typically) once in awhile they can take a touch longer.

For the issues with the Lottery that everyone is looking for answers to:

The draw times are based on the block discovery times. We use an average discovery time to estimate the lottery draw time. For some reason currently the estimations are not so accurate therefore the lottery draw times are skewed more than we would like.

We were aiming to have the draw time maybe +- few minutes or less.

We are looking into why the estimated time of block arrival at the creation of the lottery is vastly different from the reality of when it is actually discovered.

We will compensate all users who have missed out on their tickets due to the lotteries being drawn too early.  Before we do that though, we need to fix the underlining issue.

We will update you again as soon as possible.
