You are blaming them for the lotteries? I dont think it is categorized as a scam, since we as the participants are not risking anything on this lotteries. If you dont like with how they handle the lotteries, then you can use other sportsbook site. As long as the deposit and withdrawal process going smooth, then it means their site is legit.

I think you should learn more about what does scam mean! Scam site is not only about withdrawal and deposit, but also about provably fairness. Here the main problem is about the provably fair of the lotteries, no matter how many people confirm that they won on the lottery but if it is not provably fair so it can be considered as scam.

Just want to mention a minor issue: my displayed balance is , lets say, 9 mBTC but when I try to bet it all on an event (english premier league if it eventually depends on it) it let me  fill the stake field with 9 but when it comes to the "confirm bet" step then stake displayed is 8,99.

As already told its a  minor issue; guess its related to the decimal calculations or what?

Using random.org will still be considered as a non provably fair system. It is just the same/smilar as what they did on the Euro Lotteries. If they really want to apply for provably system so, I think they should ask/consult with Rhavar. I think he is the one on this forum who has the greatest knowledge about provably fair mechanism.
