They will ask for it once you've made a withdrawal equivalent to 10btc stated on their general terms and conditions. If you only bet small like me then you should be fine.

I took the point on Houston Texans @ +0.5 at halftime and at the end of halftime the score end with 10:10 and this grade as a loss.

I spoke with the customer service and they told me the sportsbook manager said I'm laying the point with the away team.

On the ticket it clearly did not mention that I'm laying the point. Laying the point suppose to have the negative sign in front of the spread like this  (-)0.5 not without it.

Please regrade my ticket I won it fair and sportsbet.io did not honor it. I'm completely felt I'm been free rolled.

Judging from the image it clearly looks like you got +0.5 even if it doesn't have the + sign. Maybe they had a visual bug but thats unlikely to happen since they just upgraded recently.

Also any updates about the cash back from your nba promotion i've been waiting since yesterday.

Pardon me if I'm mistaken, but wasn't there was a promotion on NBA or something a day ago? You had to place a bet on the outright and the same amount or less on the point spreads and that would be refunded if you lost? Wasn't that supposed to run until the end of the weekend?
