Have tried email but now they are saying more things that do not concern me.
Even trying to not pay me for the promotion that was held during Dec 30th-31st saying that my bet does not qualify when it actually does because it was the very first bet (and the one that was the most mbtc wagered out of the ones that they say were placed during that time period) that was on Dec 30th when the EPL promotion just started. Then I placed 3 other bets after that and they come up with saying that multiple bets do not qualify. They come up with the silliest excuses of any casino that I have ever encountered to not have to honor their own rules.
Even at the beginning of last month when they ran the same promotion for the NBA I had to follow up with them to see why I didn't get the amount refunded back on a bet (same money back promotion). It was not automatic like it should be. Doing this was a complete waste of my time and should of not have to come to them a basically beg them to pay me for my money back under their very own promotion after they see they are wrong!
They just don't want to pay out their customers and rely on the bettor to miss or forget about a bet so not to have to pay them. This is a devious method of operating a business. And on the land of cheating out your customer base!

It is still in their holding period so they say for 48 hours. Their reviewer is now asking me about some random things that do not pertain to my account in question. So I do not know what more there is to say until that time has expired which has been over 32 hours now.

okay LLec problem almost done , i just wonder what was he did causing the withdrawal delayed as i have made withdrawal couple times (not much) and all went smooth . within 5 minutes withdrawal processed same amount everytime like 500mbtc to 1 btc. i never asked for KYC . sportsbet.io best and beast with its promo everymonth! however goodluck for everyone!
