I was trying to build a 15 matches parlay , but when I wanted to submit the bet it showed that betting on one of the matches is suspended then the whole picks that I was going to bet on disappeared and I had to enter them again

I got the email about 2 hours ago, most likely only those who are not an active players who received the email about their promotions. Its been few months I did not place any bets on this site, maybe they want those inactive players like me to comeback so they notify us with the promotions email.
You did not get the email perhaps you are an active players here. Logically, active players will not need to be notified because they can find the promos if they are actively visiting the site.
I could be wrong about the reason why you did not get email though. Indeed, there is no requirement to place 2 bets for this promo. DarkStar is referring to their past promo when they required to place 2 bets for moneyback and want a confirmation from sportbets that there is no hidden terms for this Bundesliga Moneyback promo.

I didn't check the website, but I did see their forum post about it, which requires a Match Winner bet without moneyback and a First Goal Scorer bet which does have moneyback. This is very confusing, and now I'm not sure what to trust. I think I will go make a bet then. Archived their onsite TOS in case they end up not paying, so I get proof.

The website loads fine for me on both desktop and mobile. The problem might be on your end have you tried clearing cache and cookies that might help your connection problem.

I have been having connection issues since last week. I did comment on the thread as well. Site keeps going offline and then online, and immediately goes offline when I go and make a bet. That also means that the parlay or bet that I was making gets cancelled, so I have to research for looking for all those games, which becomes a problem.

I saw the promotion on their website for the bundesliga promo and it was only on the game pre-live bet. Not on any first time goal scorer.
So I placed a 100mbtc bet because it was the limit.
Now the match was not won but the cashback said "Money cash back" no matter what the outcome.
So when I received an email saying I got 10mbtc back from the site I had to check. All I got back was 10mbtc sent to my account. That is completely wrong.

Now when I check the website the promotion page to it has been taken down. I read it over and over again before placing such a large single bet.
I want my 100mbtc back not the minimum amount of the cashback. That's the only reason why I placed such a high bet knowing if the opposing team lost I won't lose anything on the bet placed.
Now with all this promotion rules changing in the middle of the promotion duration what ralle14 posted is what I read from their website and accepted those terms of "It's that simple!" on a pre-live bundesliga match and nothing more needed to qualify.
No other terms needed for the bet when placed as it was on their other promotions.
Pick a winner on a pre-live bet and if they lose you get your full bet amount back. Those were the terms that I agreed on when I placed the bet.

This is the same thing I saw on their site yesterday.
When clicked on the promotional rules they were exactly how ralle14 described.
Their wasn't any hidden thing saying about first time goal scorer or another bet placed to be refunded the full amount of the bet placed up to 100mbtc.
Why they only refunded 10mbtc is something their promotional team has to answer because that is completely a false promotion if they do not give the whole amount of the bet placed back. No other rules were put in place for this promotion.
I did not see any first time goal scorer promotion for the Bundesliga games when I was looking at this promotion on their site yesterday.
