I wanted to bet on FA Cup matches but I didn't like the odds so I had to find something else.

Asian handicap is just a name for that particular market. Similar to match line or both to score or under/over markets. It has no influence on the actual games you play, it just shows what type of bet you made.

Tou are aware that you picked favorites to cover handicap in the games you played? For instance for your bet to be winning  England needs to win with 2 goals difference.

Yeah, I think what happened here is you clicked on an option directly from the display page. So it looks like this:

So the way Sportsbet displays each match in a list like this, you see the 3 most common betting markets, denoted by the title in each column, as shown above.

1. 1x2 is the simplest market (it just means betting on 1 of 3 possible outcomes, "1" is team 1 win, "2" is draw, "3" is team 2 win) and you might want to start betting there before testing out other markets so you get the hang of it.
2. HCP means Asian Handicap. This means your selection's goals minus opponent's goals, with the handicap added. If the final result is positive, you win, if negative you lose, if Zero, your bet pushes and you get your money back. This is probably where you placed your selection.
3. TOT means Asian Total. This means total number of goals in the match.

To see more markets, you click the last item in the row, in the image above "+71" means there are 71 other markets to bet on in that game.

Cannot wait to see. There will be a total of 64 games if I am not wrong, that means if you wager even only just 10 bucks to them, that would be $640 wagered, and that means if you make more than that it would be a profit, less than that and a loss, let’s see how it will be going but I am guessing a profit during world cup could be easier considering shocking reels are rarer.

I feel like favourites of most group games will win, and there is a good chance we could end up with profit for total right there, and then the rest would be just for fun. Let’s see how it will be but I am getting impatient at this point for it to start, lol, I know a few more time left but I really want it asap .

I saw you said you bet a lot on cricket, still waiting to see you finally share a betslip from Sportsbet. Put your T20 winnings on Argentina. Actually if you check my bet post history, this is exactly what I did, put an amount of BTC all on England during the match itself just before they started batting, and then when I won that I put all of the winnings on Germany using the outright promo

On Sportsbet I definitely notice they have slightly higher odds than other markets (which is same outcome) and I remember Trofo also pointing that out before, so I always go for that if I feel like taking something other than a result.

If I remember, Asian Total "Under 0.5" is normally also better than predicting 0-0
