Apart from wanting to see Manchester City win the Champions League and English League this season, it seems interesting if Manchester City will also get the EFL cup later

How do you know Manchester City is going to win EFL Cup?
They are one of the strongest teams on paper but they often need to rotate and many players because they play in lot of competitions.
Last season Liverpool won EFL Cup final against Chelsea after penalties and Man City was out after losing from West Ham United.

Manchester United is strong enough to win this season EFL but we can't say like that for now because football is technical sport which weak team can win a strong by a little mistake done by the strong team. In the football world game, a team does not know as a very good or strong team until it's wins the tournament cup. Manchester might tried their best.

As a Manchester City supporter, of course I will support them for any championship, because I think they have played well since Haaland joined there, we are discussing the EFL this season, not last season, friends. 

Manchester City is a well-known and famous team in the football tournament.  They beat Liverpool by 3-2 goal in the EFL Cup match on the 23rd Dec. And the match was very well played.  Anyway a topic has been opened for the EFL cup tournament where you can discuss it better.

Smaller teams cause upsets all the time against bigger teams in domestic and international leagues, but those are usually exceptional cases since consistent wins are required in order to win the cup.

Very few small teams like Leicester City etc win consistently and claim the cup successfully to be honest.

Don't you mean since the money started appearing? lol Pep's a great guy and I will never forget what he did in Spain, but almost anyone would be able to achieve what he does with all the money behind the buys to buy Squad B and Squad C that would finish midtable in EPL.

That's both true and also not. There are other managers and clubs that spent more than City did and they still failed. Just this year Chelsea spent 200+ million already and they are not showing it, if you give Pep 200+ million, he will make your club better and he would make it better without doubt, not slightly bit better, you would see how much better you are.

So you are both right and wrong, it is true that money helped him be this good, that part is true, but it is also true that not everyone can do what he does just because you give them money neither. That is why it's clear that we shouldn't really be judging his success just based on money.

It is not so much so as his tactics or formations or how he plays his team, but more about his ability to convert the characters of players into working together a lot better. I resemble his situation to Phil Jackson a long time ago, he managed to make Dennis Rodman, Scottie Pippen and Michael Jordan to work together and then managed Kobe and Shaq duo and got so many rings out of all of them.

Same with Pep Guardiola, dude managed Xavi, Iniesta, Messi together, and now doing that with City and their talents. You can be given that much money, I can be given that money, hell we can be given the same exact roster, but we may not get ourselves heard by those same players, he can.

Boxing day is coming back with new round of Premier League, and it's going to be interesting to see how teams will react after break for world cup.
Arsenal should win against West Ham and they are much better in H2H but I just don't like low odds on this one, so I am going to try with Arsenal to win first half.
Tottenham and Liverpool should both win their matches, but Liverpool is missing many players so I am skipping this.

Yeah, there will be surprises this GW in Premier League for sure. I am thinking a lot of goals and some draws could be on hand. That being said i just entered my picks and I have more draws in them than ever before. I went with both to score for my ticket though.

I understand that it is not going to be like where we left off, because teams went to world cup break and while some players played a lot of games, some didn't and the ones that didn't went to world cup had to play friendlies etc etc, so it is all different pace from each other. Like I am not entirely sure how PSG will be impacted, Mbappe and Messi situation? I have no idea how it is going to all work out.

These are guys making 100k per day, so I guess they can put it behind them, I don't know. At the end of the day, club football will go back to normal but I am not sure how long it will take to get there and it will have some changes for sure without a doubt.

Maaan , we are last in EPL ...why ? Because Soton are playing good but somehow they are unable to score points. Maybe a new face is needed on the bench ? a new coach ?
