Oh crap, Arsenal are now on the verge of a very big threat after they got consecutive draws from their last 2 matches. This is something that is very, very disappointing for their supporters. Yes, how could it not be, now they are closer to Manchester City, which is only 4 points away, and also Manchester City still has 1 match to play.
Their supporters must be worried at this point because 4 points is not a safe distance for them at all. Obviously this is a bet where the match against Manchester City will greatly determine their position. It's quite nerve-wracking to see competition like this.

I dont understand how Arsenal managed to win only one point from this match when they scored first two goals and missed one penalty in second half.
This draw made title run much more interesting and all eyes will be looking for next few rounds, and direct match with Manchester City.
Biggest dissapointment in this round for me was Tottenham losing at home from Bournemouth.

I couldn't believe that Arsenal got a tie as well, this looked like a game they had to win, not like "would be good to win" but like a must win because now if City wins that means just 1 point difference and there are still so many games to go. Having at least 1 game advantage would be something I would be proud of if I was Arsenal, like literally ahead even if City wins twice, so that's nice and should have been done and they needed this.

In any case, the bet is lost, and now we just have to wait for the next batch of games and hope that they do better. Plus they haven't been nice since the Lisbon game, something really changed within the team and they need to figure that out quickly if they want to be champions or they will lose the title.

Liverpool exploded again almost the same as when with Man United.

Today they played well and mastered everything but in these big wins they can't defend well, Liverpool was often unstable before, maybe because there is hope for the European zone next season, I think it can improve for Liverpool.

Liverpool have won only 1 of their last 5 matches but their 1 victory was a fantastic 1-6 win for Liverpool. In the first half of the game, only 2 goals were scored by both teams and the game was relaxed in the first half but the excitement started in the 2nd half and in the 2nd half the total goals were 5 where Liverpool scored 4 and Leads United scored 1. It was easy to predict that Liverpool would win this match but most people didn't expect them to win by such a high score.

Very frustrating my friend, we have beaten Man City, Man Utd, Spurs, Newcastle x 2 this season but underperformed against the lesser teams. I think it’s been an attitude problem, possibly a hangover from being 2 games away from the quadruple last season. I’m confident that with 2 or 3 new signings in midfield we will be back next season.

As for the three teams to be relegated, sadly it looks like it will be Southampton unless they can really start winning games. I think Nottingham Forest and possibly Everton (I hope Everton).

Liverpool are still strong in attacking but their midfielders and defenders have many issues. Like Konate mistake in the match with Leeds United, it is unacceptable at Premier League level. Klopp likely realized that Trent Alexander-Anorld can play better at midfield area than as a swing back in their defense system.

Using Trent at midfield, Klopp and Liverpool can take advantage of his great passing skills while reduce risk on their defense. Trent can be another swing back player who can succeed at central midfielder role like Lahm, Kimmich at Bayern Munich and Germany teams.

It's really strange, yeah. We've had 2 historic wins already this season (our record-equalling biggest top league win vs Bournemouth, biggest win vs United in top league); last night was pretty special but not really significant, even the 6-0 vs Rangers was so-so if not for Salah's 6-min hattrick.

So that's 4 big wins in under 40 games, most teams would take 1 spectacular game every 10 but I'd take 0 in 40 if we could win 80%...

But my ire is reserved for Arsenal. Odds-wise, the easiest leg in this acca, and the one that was given up the most easily (how do you lead 2 nil, miss a penalty in a stadium that was quiet?). Be ruthless, boys.
