What happens if the 200000$ goal isnt nearly reached , will the coins be divided between the investors or will the rest be sold in the next sale?

What happens if the bitcoin price moves up strongly , will my amount of coins go up ?

Will the shares in the second sale definitely be for 1,50$ ?

Currently we are on track to meet our goals. This crowdfund is not timed, it will end when all the tokens have been sold. So far we have raised almost $60k from two single forum OPs and a press release (bitcointalk and bitsharestalk.). Development is proceeding as planned.

Pay attention this week as we begin our marketing push. We were just interviewed by Bitcoin Magazine and raised over $10k today.

The price of each token is pegged to USD, the price of bitcoin only matters at the point of exchange.

I’m not sure where you got the number $1.50. The sale in October will be an auction style crowdsale launched on the heels of the Peerplays test net, where anyone can login and to compete in the first 100% blockchain-based, real-time interactive p2p game in history.

Update

In the next half hour (1pm EST) we are going to be interviewed on an FM news radio show owned by Rogers Media called News 95.7FM regarding Peerplays.

If you would like to listen live, you can go to http://www.news957.com/.

If you missed it, no problem, they post all their shows as podcasts on the site later, and we will share the link.

We are still in our first phase of the crowdfund with Peerplays at $2 each. You will never find them for less from us.

Every day we are getting more coverage like this, so don't miss out!

Awesome. I'll be tuning in, for testing I just bought 100 Peerplays, thinking of buying a lot more soon.

I am in. Good luck with the project! Will also be supporting you guys on twitter. I might not have a lot of followers but some of the best altcoin pundits are following me.

This is by far the best team of any ICO out there.

I agree. This is a great project. Has a ton of potential. I have yet to invest in the first tier buy in because there are 64,000 tokens left. I watch it multiple times a day. I have other investors that are doing the same. The concensus amongst us is to watch but hold our buy ins.

I think a couple things would help...

Clearity on the entire project. It is a bit confusing.

Fixing links that don't work

Adding a slack channel
........................................

People are not use to your funding methods due to all the other crowd funding projects lately.

A clear understanding is needed. I don't have Einsteins IQ but I would think it is safe to say I am not a dummy,lol...
and I had a lot of questions after reading the thread and white paper.

I like it that the supply is fixed at 1,000,000 tokens, so buying during the first round means we are buying at a market cap of $2,000,000. Then the auction style crowdfund will really decide if the market cap goes up or down from here. My estimation is that there will be a lot of hype until then so things might get a bit wild. It's in the projects best interest to reserve most of the hype and marketing efforts for the launch of the auction style crowdfund. All in a all this is a long term play (in crypto terms).

Thanks for your feedback and interest.

A few things to consider that I hope will help clarify some of your questions:

It seems we have published more content and specific information about how our blockchain will operate than nearly every other ICO in the last year. Perhaps being too organized and putting forth the detailed plans for an actual blockchain is working against us here? With most ICOs I have seen, they give you nearly nothing and leave you to fill in the blanks with your imagination and speculations.

We have also made ourselves available through several channels for live discussion. Anyone is welcome to ask questions directly via our live help on peerplays.com, or stop by the Mumble hangout every Friday morning at 10 am EST for a live Q&A session with myself and Michael. We also have 3 active forum threads, social media pages, a news and updates website, and you can email us at powerup @ peerplays.com.

What links are not working specifically? Would you please provide URLs so we can investigate? Appreciate the help. We don't want people getting broken links either.

I would argue that many people are not used to a well budgeted and planned out project that doesn't attempt to pump millions of dollars from people out of speculation. We want to maximize the value of what we bring to the market, and make our early supporters happy. Most of the feedback we have gotten about the format we have taken has been positive. Yesterday someone made a comment that our level of organization would seem to show we are not just another ICO looking to get rich on the front end before delivering anything. I believe it has given many of our early contributors a lot of confidence. We know the format is not familiar, but it enables us to stay efficient and keep on target with our milestones leading up to what is going to be much more heavily promoted crowdfunding event later this year.

We plan to start a slack channel in the future, but at this stage are focused on executing our current plans and don't want to be distracted by needing to maintain a space like that. We have several marketing initiatives ramping up in the next few weeks, and once those are underway we will turn our attention to setting up additional channels for community involvement. In the mean time, as I mentioned above there are several ways to interact with us, and we are generally quick to respond in all of them.

I agree that this is a great project with huge potential.

I would love to see them set up a Slack channel to bring the PeerPlays community together and gain greater momentum.

How did the facebook page get almost/over 9K likes already (with some of the posts receiving over 1K likes but zero comments)?

FB isn't really a place that crypto is popular.

Comparing the stats of peerplays with Ethereums FB (taken from the respective google search pages, "peerplays facebook" and "ethereum facebook") -

Quote
PeerPlays. 8812 likes · 12293 talking about this. Decentralized Tournament Management Built Entirely on the Blockchain.

Ethereum. 16427 likes · 727 talking about this. Ethereum is a platform and a programming

Other very established crypto projects have way less FB interaction (despite active communities).

This looks like 'Like' farming and I am unsure why this is necessary...because the project sounds good and the team looks great.  But this doesn't.  With regards to image numero dos, over 8K likes for a link that gained only 4 comments and 13 shares is weird.

It's usually harder to get likes if you don't have any to start with. People check you out and decide you are not worth it. Paying for some likes to kick start you is not always a bad idea.

Part of our efforts have been, and will continue to be, reaching out to people beyond the crypto-space. Our main channels for community interaction thus far have been our forum threads, but as Jonathan mentioned above we will also be opening a slack channel in a few weeks.

At this stage, we are using Facebook primarily as a tool for advertising our project by targeting certain groups outside of crypto who may be interested in the contests and promotions we will be launching soon.  There seems to be a lot of apparent interest among both online gamers and gamblers which has resulted in a lot of shares and likes, although I am not quite sure why more people have not left comments. That said, If you have any thoughts about the articles, please feel free to post them and share with your friends!

Just came back to say, "Meh," on the FB issue.  If no one else thinks it is relevant then I don't.  I was just curious (I bought in a long time ago).

I remember chatting with Jonathon about THE DAO hype several weeks ago before I purchased and he mentioned that he might try a proposal.  Interesting to see that it happened...good luck!

If peerplays is connected with bitshares and the dao connected to eth, I dont think it will pass.
