WBBOS has been released and it's lightning fast with encryption, built in wallets and the like, plus all the free coding and office programmes, It should get a good uptake, 

Steemit would make a good app running outside of the browser,

What happens to your owner key when you use reset password link on steemit? I changed my active key I thought yesterday when i logged in, and it gave me an auto generated password which I kept. I noticed today that it had also changed the key for my owner, and posting they were all the same key before. I can login with active and posting with the password, but I do not know how to gain access to the new owner key it assigned.

As I understand it, the owner key is no longer accessible or usable via the web at all.

To get the owner key from a generated password you would have to build the cli_wallet from https://github.com/steemit/steem and use the get_private_key_from_password command.

If you don't understand Steem then I suggest you join the Social network of Steem.
