I think they are still studying about bitcoin payment because how they can protect their costumer for any fraud.. the payment processor in bitcoin has no reverse payment just like in paypal.. this is i think one of the problem

I would guess that you are right and they are looking into it. But the lack of reversibility is a HUGE plus for Amazon.  It means they can ship immediately and, unlike a credit card, be absolutely sure that they have been paid. If the customer wants their money back then just send it to them. That's much easier than dealing with a credit card.

Today's response from them is that my request to accept bitcoin payments "has been passed to the payments leadership team". Not much, but if we all start requesting it then it will happen. I started my chat at Amazon with "It's 2016 and no bitcoin payment option? Seriously?"

Yeah, that would definitely be accepted by amazon. but indeed we have to wait for such things, because amazon will not be easy to do a decision that can give you some of the impact the decision. I think it is indeed now the amazon studying bitcoin and maybe next year the amazon could've announced about technological bitcoin

Even for thousands query, if the bitcoin price continues to fluctuate more, they will never place such idea like that in their priority list.

There is a possibility that amazon will accept it in the future because bitcoin is gaining popularity but first I think they will find first a way of how they can protect their earnings in case bitcoin's value will fluctuate. Maybe when their customers pay them bitcoin and they will also pay bitcoin then they will not lose any since the value is not base on fiat but base on bitcoin itself and they will not be affected by the fluctuation in prices. There are already online shops that accept bitcoin but they are not that popular compared to amazon so if this time comes that amazon already accept it in payment then maybe many will be aware of bitcoin's existence.

Maybe amazon is dubious about bitcoin now and they do not want to evaluate conditions such as legal, environmental and market. It can completely improve conditions of bitcoin if they accept bitcoin.

It depends on the things which are done by all those who use the bitcoin. If they helped to introduce bitcoin to everyone, then I'm sure the next 1 year amazon will accept bitcoin as one of the payout, because amazon doesn't do things that can give you a very bad effects for their growth.
