Yes u missed 2 things: First you just missed a fact that price can only go up, (700 sat is funny for 6M total coins in circulation) when we take in calculations, facts and plans for GB, which i suppoused you don't really follow. Second you missed security and shipping cost to your home address, (it's a gold after all) unless you want to receive just some kind of virtual gold. I forgot to mention that, to give you GB coins, we must buy them on exchange, no other way, or maybe to mine them, which will take time, but you want them instantly right ?
If we buy GB coins for every investor with btc, then what will happen with price on exchange, it must go up, right ? With every new investor price eventually must go up.
And if we have for example 10 investors, we need 50.000 coins. And price is 700 satoshi, but for how many coins ? Do you think that we can buy 50K GB coins at 700 satoshi price ? no chance, look at exchange. Traders there sells JUST 186,000 GB for a total price of 129 BTC which means if we have many many investors we will hit price 0.0007 ~ $0.5. However this is not possible now, it's too early, and GoldBlocks is too young, but hey look, there are only 186.000 GB for sell, of total mined 6,565,995 GB. This tells me that people have trust in GB and we will not let them down.
