I just save that pasted into a text document as goldblocks.conf right ? Its not working, I apologize:/

If you are using windows, you should place the .conf into your %Appdata%/Roaming/GoldBlocks. (And restart your wallet)

and also place in txt document but save as all files, because that conf file doesn need to have txt extension in the end.
If you make all extensions visible in windows, you will see that there is .txt at the end.
