Bitcoin price will reach $4000 after halving ?

Never say never!
I think it's possible.To me after halving doesn't mean it will happen this year.
But until next halving in 2020 there is enough time and a lot of things can happen.
And in the long run this price is definitely a realistic goal.

Maybe if we want to consider this view we may be able to predict even 10000$ for one bitcoin but with what probability and when?

I do agree, maybe bitcoin reach its highest even before halving too, I mean all people buy before halving and we cannot find many buyers after halving.

For that to happen, I think the we need to give Bitcoin a couple of years to grow solid and become a mainstream crypto currency. But still, I think that we may reach $600 once the halving comes, and by the end of the year it will probably go up to $1000 per BTC. That is why I'm holding my Bitcoins as much as I can in order to make good profits in the future. Some of the coins, I exchange them into Gold as a hedge for my investments.

Well, you're right. we will never be able to guess the price increase bitcoin, because it sometimes exceeds our expectations. perhaps in the years to come bitcoin prices will further increase and reached a price of $ 4,000

In the years to come it doesn't seem unreasonable that the value of Bitcoin would get to something like $4,000, assuming that you're thinking about 1-2 halvings from now. It would be reasonably realistic to expect the value of Bitcoin to double after each halving, and so you could roughly estimate the value after the next halving from that. it all depends n the expenses the miners experience.

Doubling the price with each halving is something like technical minimum. In fact it must be much more if we count that scarcity of bitcoin will be just greater (miners will be less and less influental over the btc price). Another factor on the top of halving is the bitcoin adoption. Yes it is slow, but any drop counts.

I dont think the price of bitcoin will hit so high as the halving has already finished i think and  the price hit $580+ and hope it will gone a touch $600 + soon

There's no way it's going to rise that much in a short period of time. It may increase a little but it may have already adjusted to the halving but 4000 is years to come.

$4,000 seems insane at this point in time. Probably not this year, maybe next year, or the year after.

Not possible really. The demand may still be the same after all the halving takes place, there much bitcoin around which anyone could buy from. price may just be 650
There will be no demands still if the number of users are still US(we).  Theres gotta havee some stores/merchants that only accepts bitcoin and from there. we get to increase the number of bitcoin users and so are demands.

I dont think so.Because even if the demands got really high bitcoin will not reach that price in this halving because of much bitcoin mined before halving there are many holders already.But its not that imposible it may also happen but that will take in the future not on this years halving

In previous halving price moved $10 to $1000 then dropped to $200 & steady for a long time
So, growth = $10 X 20 = $200

Simple calculation

After this halving price will go $200 X 20 = $4000 ?

 

What happened previously doesn't mean that it'll always happen again. The world is a dynamic place and bitcoin prices have no sign of going over the roof yet. However, it is rising steadily.

Everything has a chance of happening. This is one of the low chance events.

Bitcoin demand is not just us. Whole multibillion US offshore gambling is in the middle of transition to bitcoin. Drug dealers and ransom criminals are other ones.

If the price stays high after halving , we will not find any buyers for bitcoins. but if the price started to dump, then we could have a mixture of buyers and sellers. As Users sells their coins at highest price and investors ( buyer) buy them as price started to go down.

After halving can also mean some time around next year!!
So $2000 is not something that is unlikely.Sure for this year to reach such a value per coin is a very optimistic aim, but in 2017 however I could see it happen with some major crisis happening in the traditional markets which would cause an influx of new fresh money.
