There are many problem in this case where gamblers cannot stop gambling because of burden and life cost that can't be covered from my main job. I've had debt that can only be paid from gambling. I understand this is wrong but after the debt is paid off I try to distract in the trading market, not entirely succeed because gambling lust continues to exist when I go online but at least more effective to reduce excessive addiction.

gamming is the best way to avoid more gambling , online game or offline , but offline game is not recommended for me . because you doesnt have friend on there. also keep your money on bank or your mother

Maybe for you gaming works bu not everybody loves gaming you just need to find something that you find fun to do and that will keep your mind away from gambling. If you have that then it will become easy.

Its completely depend thyself quit gambling practice or whatever. Having a gambling problem or addiction is just a case of the natural human being. focus on trading is a good solution but we should have balance in the market exchanges to get started. if a gamblers have a strong passion to giving up and leave from gambling games, i think they can do in every time they want and they don't have a problem to stop from playing the games. although still there is many people that having difficult to giving up from gambling, but they can trying and gets started from now on and its better not to late to leave from the gambling industry.

it's really true that giving up gambling is not easy, according to one of my friends, it's like a drug addiction, gambling is nothing but the greediness of earning money without an effort. people sometimes become so greedy that is why they take risk more and more but ultimately their effort in ended in smoke. but greediness of money again allures them to take participate in gambling.

Giving up on playing gambling is really tough especially if you are addicted to it. We became addicted because when the time we lose, we tend to try to come back and even if we won we also tend to get more profit. Gambling isn't bad especially if you use it as for fun however if you always gamble it is bad not only for mind but also on health.

Whether you are addicted or not you can always control your self by not playing gambling for only 1 day every one can do it unless you don't have discipline on your self. I can only hope that this won't happen to me. I gamble for almost 2 years and I never lost more to it than I can afford, so it wasn't a stressful experience for me even once. But I've read a lot of posts where people say they also started gambling just for fun and now they are addicted gamblers, and this creeping me out.
