Yeah that's one way to effectively do it, you must have a plan. If you're already addicted to gambling, it would be hard to just say you're going to stop doing it. And just stopping for a few days would most likely  end up with you gambling even more the next time you do. So you have to plan hard and make sure that you have the dedication to follow that plan to quit

I agree, most of the time people can say something easily but eventually they are having hard time to do what they have said . Similar to the situation when someone said he's going to quit gambling but not making any action to do it so as he is still dealing with it . I agree this is very true , I tried quiting playing gambling before and It takes time because you need a realization that you cant get a proper life with the addiction of gambling. Sadly I didnt stop playing it but the good side is I am now not addicted with gambling and I can control myself when I was playing.

But there is a reason behind it, you must follow your rules beforehand.If you cant control your emotions and addicted to gambling so hardly  it is totally impossible to get out of that circle. You must ask from your friends, relatives to help you for limiting your activities related to gambling. You need to adapt to totally different environment and never thought about betting,spinning,hitting etc..

You will quit now of experience the worst part longer, sometimes we still do the same thing over and over although we keep losing and that kind of addiction is very dangerous as it could ruin your life and will eat your family including those that are intended for your family.

They just want to earn money in a very easy way, yet the way that they have choose is too risky but yeah, they could earn easy money on it if they are lucky gamblers.

How would you know that someone is an expert? Maybe it could be results that produced by that certain person, and if the expert suggests otherwise then probably you are going to need to follow him or her just because of the experiences that he or she has. It's better to start a hobby that could occupy you and the time that would be spent gambling would come to be a better use.

Its completely depend thyself quit gambling practice or whatever. Having a gambling problem or addiction is just a case of the natural human being. Get control of your habit, tell yourself to stop thinking about gambling. Get busy other job, try to recover from gambling addiction or problem and regain control of your life. This one I think is case to case basis.  If the person is not attracted to gambling then it would be easy for him to avoid or give it up.  But if the person is already a gambling addict, it is really very hard for him to stop.  He even needs supervision and rehabilitation to make him give up gambling.

Emotions affect our action. When we keep thinking of it or atleast have slightest thought of it then we are going to do it again. The best thing is to do it with proportional action. I do gamble because I cant stop my addiction however I do it with small bankroll so even if I actually ended up losing everything then it is just going to be fine

actually that kind people could still back to gamble , as they have experienced how good the winning amount you get , and think that next time you would have to control emotion to get the profit , no more mistakes. but instead the plan run smoothly , it would have the same story over and over again. but i can't avoid there's people with that attitude , i mean to learn one's lesson and just completely quit it .
