All you have to have is miner buy a miner and install it at your home and wait until you get the amount you want, but for sure your electric bill will hit high where but then OP wants steady income but without actively doing anything, and I guess mining is for him.

Mining is never a good solution for an steady income because there you will have more headaches than how much you will earn in a month, because the expenses would be even more than what you earn or even if they are not higher but the profit you will get wont be worth the work you will have to do.

If you don't want to do anything and your bitcoin keep growing, first condition is huge amount of bitcoin, at least you need min BTC10 to invest on some sites such as casinos bankroll or exchanges that offered loans. If you have good CV and qualified certificate, you can easily apply to a decent job in the real world. And if you have some skills or talent which can help people around, you can work online as a freelancer. At present, freelance is a very good job which can help you to have the standard income. The best way for the steady income is a job - its true. But people here are willing to take risks and not happy with basic earnings. I suggest trading and mining altcoins. Altcoin/bitcoin and bitcoin/fiat trading is profitable as long as you have a clear idea of what you are doing and not investing all your money into it. Recklessness only leads to more harm. Also dont sell all your coins at once, hold them long enough to earn big profits and then sell them.

A regular job would probably earn someone a very steady income because the amount you get wont get changed nor you will not get anything for a particular time, you work for a month and get the payment for that time, so that is steady and nothing else may can give you a that much straight forward steady income.

If you want to involve yourself in mining, since you are already learning technical skill about it, why not learn how to make a pool?  This way you can get income from other miner that is mining in your pool.  I don't know if creating a multipool is better than normal mining pool, but nevertheless you can earn a certain percentage from all the miners and can then sell them for BTC.

I agree that a having a proper job is probably the best and safest way to get a steady income, but that's also probably not what people are looking for when looking at this thread.
I'd say that investing in a casino with decent bankroll management is a great way to earn a steady income without too much risk.

With decent bankroll management, I mean that they limit the max win amount according to their bankroll, so you have a very very low chance of losing your entire investment when investing.
Crypto Games does something like this and I had been making a steady profit every time I've invested with them because of that.

Do keep in mind that even with that, they could still disappear and run away with your money, not saying that they would, but it's always something to keep in mind.
