16k is definitely the lowest i can think of. Those bounty dumpers might not dump when price is below 20k so the price has to move up so these bounties could be dumped.
someone has to initiate the price movement.

its not the bounty hunters that dumped coins. i'm from waves too. most of those hard core traders wants cheaper coins and that is why they dumped coins regularly to initiate dump making investors panic. They dump to buy back when price is low enough

Now this is where it gets crazy. the FUD is uncontrollable and making BRK looks scammy. 
They all know this game to every ICO and the rest of us should be able to spot who is dolores and coinbiz this time but yeah its thru them that we get these coin cheaper.
