Just to update everyone on the situation, there is still no word from Phoenix. The situation is unfortunate but regardless, we are continuing with the project. The amount that he took isn't something we feel should be disclosed publicly, however we feel given our now limited budget we've done our best to recoupe from all of this. I've read the dilema about how Phoenix could possibly could be Eric Hansen and this has been a long-con of theirs, but without sufficient proof I don't want to make any accusations. If he isn't, I wish Eric all the best in getting his account back. I'd like to remind everyone, this situation is a perfect example of why you need to protect the integrity of your account and ensure you post a bitcoin address so that you can recover. I hope this is a lesson we can all take away from this.
