So I am looping back and going to give zpool.ca another shot, let it run for 24hrs and lets see how it goes.   Grin

Can you post an update? Do zpool really pay out as much as they say?

So my hash rate evens out to just about where it was with Prohashing as far as that is concerned.  So while I see huge swings with hash rate on Zpool the chart shows me roughly the same picture I saw on Prohashing.

It is hard to compare the earnings since the value of the coins fluctuates to much.  I can say comparing the day before with what I saw with Zpool.ca I made more on Prohashing, but that may have more to do with coin values.  A person would need to run for an extended period to weed out the market noise.

Just need to mine for 24 hours just after they update stats and see if their payout is more or less what they are saying. Currently they are paying a bit more than PH, probably casue of lower fees.

I've ordered a glue gun and the appropriate flexible adhesive to re-secure the hash board before shipping. I should be shipping the jig to the next person on Monday, Tuesday at the latest.

I have an idea that I may be able to do that should better secure the card within the Jig and will evaluate that option this weekend.

For those interested, here is the performance after 29 hours on the B3 reflash @ Prohash

Running Strong!

I know the date is wrong in these graphics, haven't taken the opportunity to correctly set it.

Only A4 is available in volumes.
When you are still waiting for the L3 miners, our A4 customers have already made profit day by day.

Thanks for your maintenance for the Jig, Eyedol.
It seems that prohashing has optimized on their side for A4 LTC miners for better performance.
Glad to see the strong performance after your update! Grin

It does look like Prohashing optimized something for the A4's as mine has been consistently at 280 to 290 for the past 2 days.  Very happy with the new results.  Thank you Inno.

not really. A4 owners had WEEKS of headaches and you IGNORING them till recently. :/
plus, the fact that you keep repeating "we have volumes" means you prob have 500 machines you cant even sell, lol
so sad. sorry but for 50% more power hungry, sure A4 owners could be hashing right NOW, but in 30 days L3 owners are gonna start catching up (and they will catch up faster and PASS a4 in profit QUICKLY, AS THEY USE 1/2 THE POWER)
so w.e, i personally wont rip myself off, many here already have (my theory is you didnt even ANNOUNCE A4 till you KNEW L3 was in the works, efficiently fucking over the community by dumping a4 power hungry machines b4 we knew about L3)
so people can kiss your ass, but its their ROI they wont see by buying off of you, not me.

Assuming of course L3 is a real product. It's tougher to make a scrypt ASIC chip than a SHA one; the tricks you can use to interleave power usage on SHA fall apart with the random balance of vector calculation vs memory mapping for each of the cores.

Time will of course tell.

That is great news.  Keep us posted on how it is working for you.  Maybe another reason to use Prohashing.  Smiley

No worries, no reason for us to unleash on Inno.  They are getting everyone flashed now to fix the stability issues.  I know they have worked hard to come up with a solution.  They are helping miners right now by getting jigs around to us, and helping us get the A4's where they are now stable.

Now we are hearing early reports that Prohashing has changed something and the miners may be running faster?  Maybe even up to speeds advertised by Inno?  If so this is good news.

It isn't Inno's fault that there is new competition in the market.  They are delivering on their promises here for the A4 and that is what matters.  If Bitmain's quality issues carry over to the L3 then the A4 may look like a good deal.  It is all a matter of perspective.

Any special settings needed  A4s to have after Prohashing did the optimizations?

Yeah got some Titans..they never ran well on prohash....would be nice it was a system wide tweak for large miners in general

Old Style Legacy Plug & Play BBS System. Get it from www.synchro.net. Updated 1/1/2021. It also works with Windows 10 and likely 11 and allows 16 bit DOS game doors on the same Win 10 Machine in Multi-Node! Five Minute Install! Look it over it uninstalls just as fast, if you simply want to look it over. Freeware! Full BBS System! It is a frigging hoot!:)

I know Crackfoo mentioned they had to upgrade their stratum to get better has rates.  I wonder if that is what Prohashing did.  It will be great news for A4 and Titan owners if that is the case.

yeah that was for the www.zpool.ca stratums, I'm not really sure what ph is running behind the scenes.

yeah I suppose....litecoinpool is free (5% fee saved compared to prohash etc) error rate on nicehash and other multipools was (2-3%) and litecoin pool being free pays 3% too boot...

you can see losing 10% was not attractive...but with ltc to btc ratio at like 0.00407....and difficulty going up 20 plus percent in last 1/2 month for ltc network

may have to experiment with a couple...if NO change from the last time I tried (see prohash thread jumping thru hoops to get a titan up) it likely is not worth
the bother..but I probably should look I guess (groan ....more stuff to do....) Sad

I am still on mining at zpool, with settings "c=BTC,d=131072" for my custom 417 MH A4s, 69.5MH at 1200Mhz x 6 and 820 voltage.

So far so good, however.... the hash still goes up and down but is now able to hit 417MH and more with very little rejects at poolside. I guess the stratum can distribute more work to A4 after crackfoo stratum tweaking.

Apart from stratum tweaking to cater for the A4s, I dont think there was any special ports, settings etc.

Would love to go back to PH to compare but I dont know what new settings to use since my A4s are like A4+ (ie. not configured 280MH).

I am on Prohashing and I do not see the hashrate you are getting.. Do you mind sharing your settings that are getting you a stable 280-290? Thanks!
