If bitcoin do fork in the near future, maybe some time this year, then which will wBTC represent? Btc core OR btc unlimited? Would like more light on this matter.

Decentralized blockchain platform Waves has announced the release of two of its signature features on mainnet: the decentralised exchange (DEX) and Leased Proof-of-Stake (LPoS). The DEX is accessed via a full node or via the API at start but will also be made available or users of the lite client. LPoS, allowing anyone to lease their mining power to a full node and receive rewards while increasing network security.
Waves’ DEX offers a number of advantages, including asset-to-asset trading, increased speed with trades being executed almost instantly due to the matching engine, but are still settled on the blockchain. It also offers crypto and fiat tokens integration, allowing users to trade most popular crypto and fiat assets represented by corresponding tokens. When the GUI is completed for the DEX and integrated in the lite client, traders will experience an interface similar to the bitcoin/altcoin exchanges that exist in the cryptocurrency sphere.More

Waves has a very talented team. It has been one of the first altcoins I got all in and can only recommend to follow its development.

Howcome Waves explorer doesn't recognise my adress?

Is it because I haven't installed a client and am just using the online thing for faucets and giveaways?

It's this adress: 3P55c89YphoZR9qxUjPGoAZz1SQewZFePCV

Please advise, thanks.

Yeah I really like the sound of a decentralized trading exchange. I hope there's a way to clean the growing number of shitcoins/fakes their before the platform gets 100% completed. People would love to see a clean trading platform.

I have tried some of the available WAVES faucets, but when I claim, my claims do not appear in my wallet. I claimed from WavesGO and Wavesdrop. Some of my claims from these faucets are still pending or incoming, one, for example, is the 1 WAVES from this TX ID: 2LVeBWZq57xAu4CQGQtB4ogv1GvBxs3khsxkE3PYURmz. Will I still receive it? If yes, how long before it appeared in my wallet? And if not, what actions or steps should I take to receive my claims in my wallet? Thank you!

I guess this thread can rise again since the main WAVES thread was lock (again). (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1387944.msg21392734#msg21392734)

ah... good thing you bumped up this thread, but what made this thread abandoned in the first place?
anyway at least we now have a place again to discuss waves on bitcointalk
also I wonder where all the devs gone? didn't they know the main thread was locked?
lets get this thread running, I'll start with my question about transaction fee,
I notice there's a pool/node uses 0.00000001 NodeTX as fee instead of 0.003 waves
can anyone explain how this works? can we as regular user use NodeTX too, how?

Didnt notice that the main thread got locked. There is not much action happening in bitcointalk anyways as most of the things are discussed in slack.

This thread was created after Sasha close the main one because of trolls and fud. It was created so people that want to discuss about WAVES here would still able to do. But it was abandoned once the main thread was back online ^^
