I know time zones affect responses, but I'm hoping that info@heatledger.com will reply to my ICO redemption issue.

You better email support@ not info@

I made the SAME mistake because the website says info@ but I posted on here and the dev said support@ and they answered right away.

Thanks!

Update: I got a reply via support@heatledger.com

Among all the complaints, I must say that the redemption process (I bought in with BTC and FIMK) was silky smooth for me. Well done devs!

In the evening one may praise the day. Will hug cryptoland when genesis block is successfully created and all my 1,45x token s are ready to get polished to keep them shining a loong long time.

It looks like HEAT can be redeemed now.  Is it trade-able on any exchanges?  coinmarketcap.com still shows only PRE-HEAT.

It is possible now to verify your ICO addresses used in the HEAT ICO.
Pre-genesis is trade-able on c-cex and alcurex for now.

When you create an account, backup your secret phrase, and choose a 5 number pin, then click 'Add'.

Afterwards, you can login to your existing account from the dropdown menu using the 5 number pin.

I dont believe coins have been distributed yet. Did you claim your ICO tokens yet? (that should be done in the orange wallet). Once the ICO claim period is finished I believe the coins will automatically be distributed into the orange wallet you used to claim your tokens. I was hoping it would be sometime this week - hopefully soon Smiley

No as he used Openledger he doesnt need to claim his tokens.

All he has to do is wait for launch and he will be free to move his HEAT.

I have not yet claimed my coins, but from I read it seems like I will be having problems during the claim process.

I used multibit HD before I found out it uses a completely new account to send BTC.

Has anyone yet been able to succesfully claim their coins when using multibit HD? I don't want to risk screwing it up.

It's like mycelium hd wallet:

I have sent multiple emails on my ICO claim and no answer yet i need help i used my mycelium wallet sent screenshots of all info where it was sent from and got the money they sent to addy but it will send from another addy if i send that acct changes addy everytime i send one

IMHO you have created a HD wallet in mycelium and that's why you can't control your sender address. Try sending your complete balance to the address with which you participated in the ICO and then try again. If you have all bitcoins in one address the wallet is forced to take this address as input.
