Nice to see things moving forward, if not always smoothly. A few bumps in the road are to be expected--it's not like much of anything in the world of crypto is particularly user friendly.

You dont need to claim HEAT from C-Cex or other exchanges. You should be able to move it soon. Last we heard it should be in November.

Hi. I hope you can help me as Heatledger is not responding to my emails (which doesn't help trust btw). In the claim proces 0.001 ETH was send to the ETH address which I used for the ICO. As instructed I sent 0.0005 ETH back. On ETH block explorer I can see it was received however the Heatledger website doesn't register it. Ofc i pressed the verify button. It just keeps counting  down over and over again. I started from scratch again in a second attempt however the 0.001 ETH is not sent. Help.

Did you write to support@heatledger.com?
I got a reply within a couple of hours, for some it took a couple of days.

The other thing you could do is make the transaction again using your own ETH. I doubt the system will send you more ETH as it has the potential to be exploited.

This is what worked for me:

Yup, looks like that worked for me as well. Thanks man!

To anyone trying to verify with ETH address and having problems.  Try entering the ETH address with no capital letters.  For example, if the address is 0x3F5d8A..., manually change it to 0x3f5d8a...

I just tried that out of dumb luck and it worked!

I have not yet claimed my coins, but from I read it seems like I will be having problems during the claim process.

I used multibit HD before I found out it uses a completely new account to send BTC.

Has anyone yet been able to succesfully claim their coins when using multibit HD? I don't want to risk screwing it up.

It's like mycelium hd wallet:

I have sent multiple emails on my ICO claim and no answer yet i need help i used my mycelium wallet sent screenshots of all info where it was sent from and got the money they sent to addy but it will send from another addy if i send that acct changes addy everytime i send one

IMHO you have created a HD wallet in mycelium and that's why you can't control your sender address. Try sending your complete balance to the address with which you participated in the ICO and then try again. If you have all bitcoins in one address the wallet is forced to take this address as input.

This worked and I was able to claim my tokens, thanks.

Its not possible as it not launced yet.

Once its launched its up to the exchanges if they want to add HEAT.

Devs have stated that it isnt their priority at launch.
Someone claiming to know the owner of Polo said that they found HEAT interesting, and Bittrex seems to add most coins with some decent backing.

No way of knowing who it turns out.
My guess is that Bittrex will add HEAT within a month of launch. Not really sure HEAT has the hype that Polo usually goes for.

Almost two weeks without a response from heat support.

Definitely not touching their stock sale after all this.
