It works for the desktop wallet but does not show us how much money we invested nor how many heat tokens we can expect.

25 million HEAT tokens are distributed to investors and stakeholders on pro rate basis. Each HEAT stake credit will receive more than 1 HEAT token, exact amounts published on August 10th. - this never happened or did it and I am simply confused?

It depends on when you invested. With BTC the price was either 10k or 11k sat, so divide your investment with the token price and multiply by 1.5.

Unfortunatly there isnt a way to look it up.

I mean any sort of verification..Like, "most" other ICOs have a page that shows it's received your coin, and somewhat acts as a receipt. Just curious if there's anything beyond the "CLAIM YOUR HEAT" verification that says something similar in regards to confirming that the wallet has accepted that you have ICO tokens pending payout?

You can do this to show what addresses are confirmed with your heat account:

Try to do the following:
1. Login to your HEAT wallet
2. Click "CLAIM YOUR HEAT"
3. Select ICO source
4. Insert your address
5. Click "Continue"
6. Check off "I have safely backed up my passphrase"
7. Click "Continue"
8. Now it should show you the addresses which are confirmed to your account.

Isn't working for me too. I tried the website https://alpha.heatledger.com and the local wallet. It's stuck at step 8...  Huh

What does it show you after step 7 'continue' ?

The value is limited to product and community. It looks promising. On other hand weak hands should sell now so the price can rise.

We have to make sure this thing is getting on bittrex or poloniex.

He seems to have the same issue I've been having. Probably affecting users who invested in the ICO with NXT. There is nothing after step 7 'continue'. Pressing 'continue' does nothing. Same problem happens with latest wallet release and alpha web wallet.

It's been impossible to claim my HEAT so far, with either 0.1.1 or 0.1.1b or alpha.heatledger.com. As suggested earlier in this thread, I sent a message to support using the client link, they replied after a few days, but their answer did not solve the problem. I replied describing this precise issue four days ago, but I haven't heard from support again.

I understand team members are busy, but there's a few of us who invested in the ICO and haven't been able to claim our tokens. If there's bugs in the NXT claim process as it seems, at least some update acknowledging this would be appreciated.

The NXT claim process hasn't been working perfectly since release. The process is sorted out manually for incomplete claims, but we lack the resources to acknowledge these or confirm a claim has been sorted out. Often it's enough to have started the claim. If there remain cases where that's not sufficient, the claim can be completed after genesis block.

Delays always cost alot of money. they should hire at least one more front end developer, so the crowdfunding platform is live as soon as possible

I think that even if HEAT will be released next year nothing changes. Give dev team time to fix everything they found.

If this project can give me the tools to make native connection between btc and xmr, I can make decentralized xmr.to exchange and get monero devs I know incorporate it in their wallet. Decentralized instant xmr-btc exchange - that's the dream. Any announcement on what clients will be supported first by the blockchain?
