Let me be clear again, ignoring me will not make me vanish!
I want my questions answered, those are reasonable questions. If you 2 think they are not reasonable, tell me why!
If you continue to ignore me, I will continue to post more. Can you hear me now?
There are 2 options, either you answer my questions or you give me my investment back!

Why do you assume I invested with FIMK? I invested with BTC, knowing I was investing, and would get HEAT in return.
Good for you!

No one is rallying behind you. Everyone here thinks your comments and views are a waste of monitor space.

You invested more than you wanted to lose, now you are pissed at yourself for making "the wrong choice"

"You invested more than you wanted to lose" what kind of stupid logic is that?  that applies to situations where dev's actually do some work

until now this coin dev only talk with nothing to show..5 months and not even wallet?

Absolutely, I can live with losing a few bucks, no problem! They claim to have invested 30% of the funds? Fine give me back 70% of my investment and I am gone! But this whole thing feels more and more like a scam, promises were broken and the communication is at ground zero. When they did the ICO, the communication was fine, you asked a question and in no time you got an answer. Now this has changed. Not even do they claim those obvious promises were no promises, no, they also are talking about luring new investors into this whole mess. This is exactly how I imagine a scam! They also provide no information about the status of the company like what did you do with the money? or what is your salary? Or even what did you do the whole time? As somebody else mentioned before "It feels like being held as a hostage". I totally agree with that. Other things are that the software will not even be open source and there are many things that make no sense at all and are sometimes even contradicting, but this has been mentioned before. And then there is this snobby additude in the "communication", they don't seem to be able to recognize the mistakes they make. At least they are not able to admitting them. It is always oh YOU(we) understood something wrong or they just ignore problems and don't mention them at all as if they would not exist, while people on this forum are explicitly mention them on here. And that lead me to this:

In crypto world there will always be delays: need to be very patient.
Ethereum took more than two years.
Risk brink a lot of opportunity sometime.
Name a good project that the dev deliver the product on time?
The volume on c-cex is very low and the price does not mean anything

Delays aren't the issue. The very poor communication - both inconsistent and lacking detail - and the entitled or aloof attitude are the issues.  These guys are showing themselves to be typical dev types, lacking interpersonal and PR skills and blinded by their egos. Its typical of other crypto projects too, but especially bad here so far.

A lot of it is probably just immaturity and lack of business experience.  I wouldn't be surprised if both of them are millennials.

Ethereum, great example! ETH devs never said this will be the release date, they said from the beginning we don't know how long the development takes but here is an estimation. For me it is not about how long it takes, but they said clearly that they will release the genesis block on 5. november! Now they say no we never said that. It is in the ICO page!! Of course people thought it will be released on 5. november when they invested in HEAT!! How can they not understand this?! Ethereum always reported their progress. Everybody was aware where the funds are(they even provided cryptographic proof) and what will be done with them, they were very detailed about it. They answered questions in an appropriate way and did not ignore questions they did not like. With ethereum everybody knew what they were getting into. Heat in comparison feels like they promised a lot in order to raise a lot of money even though they were clearly aware of the fact that they can not deliver to their promises. The HEAT ICO ended on 18. October, in there they state they will release genesis block on 5. november! Think about that. This was in about 3 weeks. It must have been clear to them that they will in no way be able to meet this deadline! And that is clearly lieing to their investors and is pissing people off now! If they had stated that they don't know how long the development will take, this would be a complete different situation, one in which I would have not invested in HEAT! Oh yeah and then there is this superior behaviour like "trust us we are so wise we know what we are doing we have done this before" implying that we are total retards that annoy them by asking questions. This disgusts me!
P.S.: Lisk delivered on time, but this is not the point here!

I don't care if someone invested a dollar in HEAT. They're still entitled to timely updates! A weekly status update takes very little time to post on the forum! People, we are talking about money that you worked hard for, whether through work income or investment proceeds, so be concerned about how your money is being spent! Don't rail on on stewie for caring about his invested money!

My instinct tells me that Dennis has coded himself into a corner. And doesn't know how to get himself out of his mess, without everything coming a part on him! Dennis needs to pick up the phone and call some of his buddies over at NXT and ask for help.

forget nxt...

Better to get help from Supernet, Lisk, Waves, NEM those smart enough to move away from Nxt.

Or even better IOTA, contact CFB and try to get HEAT to be the first IOTA exchange, have CFB placed in the tech advisory role.

It is more than likely CFB is BCnext so if that came out as true excellent PR for HEAT.

My idea of what happen in nxt is the main devs made a plan to dump and it went up 5x and the majority held tight while nxt devs dumped into it.

I don't care how you feel about nxt, at least their projects roll out the door in a stated timely fashion! And as far as your list, sure I'm vested in those as well. Like I said, Dennis needs phone in for some help!!! I don't care what dev's he calls on. Just do it!

Nice catch riceberry , the exclamation (!) isn't used by many in their posts . StewieG there's no reason to be aggresive , he just points the obvious .

For those just arriving at this thread, what you may be witnessing tried and true FUD tactics, typically utilized to lower the price in order to gain a better position. You'll notice individuals and their alt accounts stating they give up, they're out of here, heat's crap, dev's scammers, etc.. but what you don't see are mass sell-offs. The trade volume is and has been very low and certainly a buy opportunity (but that is just my opinion).

However, I should state, the dev's need to do a better job at communicating with this community. I gather the general community sentiment is they want updates, and that is a reasonable request. I propose the dev's commit to providing a weekly or bi-weekly project status update until go-live. I believe the majority of us would find that acceptable, but I do not speak for everyone.

I don't understand how you guys don't see the obvious.

True, StewieG probably got in over his head, but he makes some good points.

If this isn't a scam then why don't they just buy out the 'troll' for 70 cents on the dollar?
Why don't they show us how they've spend the first third of their OUR money?
If the programmer is incapable, than why doesn't he throw in the towel and refund everyone.

So many red flags here, unfortunately they got me tricked as well.

After I participated in the ico, I did some more research to figure out who cheated me out of my money, and found this video:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dGs2B-0goTI

After watching it for a while I had to conclude that Dennis De Klerk is an delusional incapable programmer that thinks he is extremely capable, yet admits to have no experience programming cryptocoins.

It is sad but Dennis, you've failed to keep your promises.
YES, I said PROMISES.

So give me back my BTC and go rip of someone else with your ridiculously high paycheck for your failed attempt on programming.
