Hey guys, lots of posts in the last day. Sorry for the brief absence, but there is no need to worry about anyone's coins or bets being insecure.

It looks like the the slow deposit was sent to a very old deposit address, which can require manual review. We recommend using your most recent deposit address to ensure your coins are credited within minutes of 1 blockchain confirmation.

All completed matches have been settled. Tennis retirements require manual review, which usually we are pretty quick about, but sometimes things take a little longer.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Withdrawals have been very slow lately, as if they are all requiring manual review.  I'm not sure what their issue is currently, but I don't think they are running away with our coins.  I'm sure there will be an explanation soon enough.

Yeah actually you dont need 2fa to log In but u need it for withdrawal.
but a n hacker can just bet all btc and lost it.
and ofc you won't get refund.
the worst 2fa for a site.
thats true, they can just  bet double ,and bet with ur coins and hope he wins. does it drain ur battery alot leavin the app on, ill leave it on if it doesnt drain my battery. and can u even turn the app off and have it still working for the site, and just turn ur app on when needed, it seems like its draining my battery a little, i not sure bout that maybe im seeing things, i dont know

We don't detect any withdraws that have processed slowly. If you have an issue, please send us a PM and we can look into it. It's always possible that the blockchain is slow to confirm transactions if a new block isn't mined quickly.

I went back to an old account I had since September and this was the only deposit address it had listed.  So should I not try to deposit to this account anymore?

Thanks for the update.

I made a deposit (actually 2) about 4 hours ago that still hasn't been credited to my account yet.

Here are screenshots for the larger of the two.

Hopefully this can be resolved quickly.  Thanks.

How are you guys having deposit problems? I deposited into my bitbook account from my coinbase account and it showed in my account within 10 minutes.

I deposited over 1 BTC into bitbook and it was there after 1 or 2 confirms.  Not sure why you are all having problems.

it would help if you guys listed where you sent coins from when deposits dont show up right away and the blockchain info from the send or receive address.

a lot of you using coinbase might not know that they send in batches to reduce costs.   sending from coinbase has no fee involved and the way they do that is to send once or twice an hour ALL the transactions they have built up from people.  so unlike blockchain which sends immediately based on fees you pay coinbase may sit in limbo for 30, 60 or 120 minutes at times waiting to be put into block. since bitcoins are transparent just saying "my deposit hasn't showed up" without sending all the info to properly advise you does yourself a disservice, wastes the readers time and chastises bitbook when in fact it may not be their fault.

ITS VERY SIMPLE PEOPLE, WHEN YOU DEPOSIT PROVIDE THE BLOCKCHAIN TRANSACTION RECORD and where you sent from (coinbase, blockchain, multibit, etc).
