Yeah ok.  Says the guy with "trade with extreme caution" next to his name...

Point is I was hacked, the proof is all there, but this reputable book would rather turn their back on me.

I have better things to do then make up some fake ass story for 2.5 bitcoin.  I'm still waiting to hear from bitbook before i pursue and serious actions.

From our end there was no unusual activity. If you did not make the withdraws then it seems that your computer or email may have been hacked. We recommend changing all important passwords and possibly performing a full reinstall of your operating system.

We can understand your frustration, but we cannot be responsible if a user's computer is hacked. We very seriously encourage you to update all of your passwords and protect your accounts.

Bitcoin addresses contain a checksum, so it is very unlikely that mistyping an address will cause you to lose money.

There were TWO matches where these two met in the same day.  I bet the FIRST one, and you didn't grade taht at first.  THen tehy met again and you made my bets ride on the 2nd match.  This needs to be corrected.

Bitbook, with these allegations of someone hacking peoples' accounts I was thinking about security.  Is there is a certain number of times someone can try to enter a password before there is a "cooling off" period or it gets disabled?  Otherwise someone could try a million passwords to get in.  Thanks

Additionally, is tennis still taking a long time to grade?  I thought you said that'd be fixed in the next few days?

Has this happened to more than one person?  Anyone who has divulged nickname and possible password probably want to change it.

I would not use this book under any circumstances.  I'm not stupid; no one "hacked" my account as I had initially thought.  These people are straight up crooks and will take your money.

AVOID!!!

All this shit happened, coincidentally, after I put them on major blast here on this forum.  Everything is documented.  I was rightfully complaining about their service and then my Bitcoin go missing.

My password is near impossible for any hacker to obtain.  This was all done on the back end.

AVOID!!!

Come on pal; you know I wasn't "hacked."   Re-install my OS?  lol you gotta be kidding.  Thanks for letting me know I should "change my "passwords."

This is like the mobster days in real life bookies.  When they get tired of doing business with you, they just jack you and kick you to the curb because they know that there is absolutely nothing that can be done to them.

It seems easy to misclick on bitbook that's for sure... They seem pretty honest but that's a lot of money to lose so it's hard to speak up.

Just wish they could log on and fix this starcraft wager... really wanting to dig into this .2...

Hi Tennis. Thanks for bringing that to our attention. Both of the Bbyong vs True matches have been regraded now. We appreciate your patience.

I have used bitbook for some esports games in the last 2 days. However, it seems to me like they are offering the exact same games as pinnaclesports but with worse odds while offering less information about themselves, which increases the risk when putting money into bitbook because they might just disappear from one day to another.

The way I see it, the only reason why one would use bitbook over pinnaclesports is that pinnacle doesn't accept bitcoin - yet!
However, pinnacle accepts webmoney and its kind of easy to exchange BTC to webmoney (yes, there are some fees but they are minimal and with frequent betting the better odds more than make up for it).

So I gotta ask this:

Why would I use you guys over pinnaclesports? It can't be the "we accept bitcoin and they don't" because that would immediately ruin your business model the moment pinnacle accepts bitcoin - which I don't think any entrepreneur should rely on.

Additionally, pinnaclesports it the more serious book. They offer way more information about themselves, you can easily sue them if necessary and they can't just hide all the money because they have a great amount in banks making it hard to run away with it.

So I ask again, why should I use you guys over pinnaclesports? I think in order to stay competitive you have to offer slightly better odds than they do to compensate for the lack of the possibility to easily get hands on you should something go wrong and to compensate for them being more serious in general.

So what is it? I am really looking forward to your response and maybe you even tell us something about your future plans Smiley

Edit: Don't get me wrong, I am all for a site like this, I just don't see how you plan to grow, what the special deal is that makes people choose you, especially if the big players in the scene start accepting bitcoin.

Don't use this book if Pinny is an option for you.

They will withdraw your money and just kick you to the curb when they feel like it.
