Do your e-sports offerings usually take awhile to pay out?  The fnatic/copenhagen wolves match has been over (and graded) for an hour or so now with no payout.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Check earlier in the thread.  Bitbook said its fine, you should be able to use older addresses.

Hi inuge285. It looks like your deposit showed up shortly after you posted. Please PM us the details if any deposit is missing.

We recommend that people use a fresh address for each deposit, but any recent (<1 month old) address should work automatically.

When a bet can not be placed because the market is too shallow what happens? Will the odds slide soon or do I have to wait until someone backs the other?

3/4 bets I want for UFC tomorrow (2 underdogs and 2 favourites) I can't put more than 0.1 on

Deposits show up within minutes of receiving 1 blockchain confirmation. This deposit has not been detected by the blockchain at all, which suggests a problem with your wallet: http://blockchain.info/address/1Lht54tuczfqhZh6SUQ9p7JS4HaAZAWP3w

If you are using coinbase, then they may be slow to process your transaction. In the past coinbase has had meaningful delays processing transactions.

Typically we will accept higher limits closer to the start of an event, or if other users back the other side.

We've created an FAQ with some more explanation on our limits and other common questions. Check it out and please let us know if there is anything else we should include. https://bitbook.biz/about#faq

Thanks, I am using coinbase.  That might be the issue.

We'd recommend contacting their support, asking why there is a delay, and including the link to blockchain.info

If anyone from bitbook is around, the Davis Cup match between Nishikori and Dancevic ended with Dancevic retiring in the 2nd set and needs to be manually graded.  It's my understanding that all handicap bets are refunded in that circumstance, correct?

Yeah, all handicaps and totals are considered to be a push (unfortunately for me as I had Nishikori on -2.5 sets on another bookie) so you'll get your money back once they've graded the wager.

It's way too late (and maybe someone has already posted this) but for next year, you should add superbowl prob bets. At least the major ones like MVP, first TD, etc

Hi gjbronco. Looks like you were using a really old deposit address so we had to process this manually. The funds should be in your account now.

If you use a fresh bitcoin address from https://bitbook.biz/account/fund next time your deposit will be received quicker.
