Let me make it clear that what was offered was a full refund after i bet 1000 BTC. That is essentially, you offering me a 50X rollover bonus in order to earn the 18 BTC which were hijacked from my account. I know for a given fact something malicious occured on your end and I have no reason to bring forth a false claim being that I am huge bettor. I still do heavy action in BTC books besides yours and I would not randomly stop putting in action through your site unless a circumstance as such happened. Hopefully nobody else will gets their funds stolen from. It was a evil attempt to lock me into your site betting heavy action in order to claim the 18 BTC back.

Question: Are esports events graded manually?

We have automated grading for some e-sports matches, but not yet for all. At the moment it's about 50/50, but we are working to improve this rate.

Sounds good to me. Can't wait for the next league of legends matches. Cool

From a book's perspective, though, how do they know the difference between a third party "hacking" your account and placing a bet (which is illogical, if someone gained unauthorized access to your account, making a bet makes no sense, they would just cash out to their own wallet) and you making a bet by mistake/making a drunk bet/trying to angle two hours into a game?

There is no angling involved here. As you can see I bet 700 BTC in three weeks. I wouldn't sweat over 18 BTC. If someone hacked my account and noticed they couldn't cash out because I had 2FA, they might of had just bet the balance on a pick out of anger. But then again, thats not what I think happened. I am confident someone in the back-end who is part of Bitbook went in to my account and placed the wager. It is very suspicious that they told me I would have to bet 1000 BTC in order to regain the stolen funds.

Why would you think that someone in the back end did that?  Wouldn't someone in the back end be able to surpass the 2FA?  Would good would making a bet on your account do?  If they wanted to steal your money, wouldn't they just close your account and accuse you of cheating or something?  Your claims just don't make sense.

The bonus that they are offering you isn't suspicious, it's generous.  You made a valid bet and lost, they are well within their rights to not offer you anything, but they seem to be giving you a bonus because you are a loyal customer.

You are making absolutely no sense. First of all, why would they close my account and take my funds?? That would make it obvious that they did that. Second of all, why would they want to bypass 2FA and take my funds... If they bypassed 2FA, that would make it obvious that an admin on the site did that. No random person would be able to bypass 2FA. The only way the site could take my money, is by placing it on a random bet. Think about what your saying. Both theories you said would never be done because they would both make it 100% obvious the site did it. The way that it was placed on a random bet makes it atleast look like a random person could of done it. Use your head.

Yeah, now you are just sounding crazy.  They wouldn't close your account but they would sneak in and bet on a 50/50 occurrence?  In crazy-land, what do you think would have happened if that bet would have won?  They would be out 18BTC?

Not sounding crazy at all. If the bet would of won they could of just hammered another bet in or just waited til I deposited 50 BTC or so and bet all that. Eventually they would make a lot. They could keep betting.

I'm sorry, but that scenario is pretty crazy.  That's some tin foil hat stuff right there, especially considering that if the goal of the book was to be nefarious, there would be so many easier ways to do it.

Just as BitcoinzRulez said, I believe I am one of your biggest betters as well. I usually bet the maximum allowed for most nab games. I do quarters, halves, and live bets.. There really is no reason why I couldn't lay a dime on the spurs today. So many games have limits of 2 BTC and under. All I am asking is that you compete with other competitors when it comes to limits. Im starting to put my games lines for 18-20 BTC per game on stakebtc and still depositing and withdrawing instantly. If limits don't change, I don't see myself placing bets on your site. Can you please look into the limits for games for me. Thank you.

coinbet.cc takes very large wagers if you're a VIP fwiw.
i've been with them since they opened.  While thats been a short while, they've taken good care of me.

they take some of the highest limits of any of the btc books and i've tried most of them.

1) To others: I don't like leaving money in books and I put money in and take money out often and bitbook is always fast and accurate. I've had zero problems with them and can definitely recommend.

2) To bitbook: Thanks for putting up olympic men's hockey lines but I would like to see more olympic lines! Curling and women's hockey for starters. You lost my action today on women's hockey (although I won 1BTC betting on Canada, so I guess you dodged a small bullet there)

Where are the NCAA games after 3:00 PM EST today!?  Is anyone else seeing nothing after Washington vs. Cal?  Tough to get those early bets in before lines move when the games aren't posted.  Thanks!

Make sure you click the NCAA tab, not the upcoming tab.  I had no problem seeing all of the NCAA lines or wagering on the late games.

Thanks.  I did do that for sure.  It's odd it's as if they are trickling the games out to me because now I see the next hours worth of games all the way down to William and Mary vs Towson but nothing below that.  I even created a new account to see if it was just my account that was messed up and my new account was as well.  So odd that you're able to see all the NCAA games where I cannot.  I'm assuming the site made some changes because now I'm showing live lines for NCAA during the breaks and it wasn't like that before.  I was really only seeing half time lines for NCAA under live betting but now during timeouts I have not just a spread but a total under live lines for some of the games.  So that's a big plus.

They take absolutely forever on things that aren't auto graded. Can wait up to a day sometimes.  I would like if they would do something about this but they don't seem to be bothered.  It seems to take longer than it ever has these days.  You can try pming him.  When/if they log on. They will grade for you.
