The search feature is great when it works, Most games I search I get limited/missing odds. Are you aware of this?
The Creighton odds are available now. We don't see any issues, but we will keep our eye on this. When you say that search is giving you limited/missing odds are you referring to NHL? We are aware that it currently does not return both OT included and regulation time. We will look into fixing this later this week. It should be easy to recreate, NHL NFL are just some I found in the last 5 minutes. I am using chrome, All NFL teams I search for give me only alt low odds.

Bummer. I was hoping for the faucet this weekend too just for fun. What about some type of loyalty program? I used to bet so much on cash sites they would offer free plays for substantially amounts of money. I mean we are going to bet it anyway  |

Not sure if i'm the only one, but when checking the odds or entering an amount to check returns and the auto refresh happens it seems to remove any amount entered ready to place a bet and scrolls to the top of the page.
It's really irritating where now I seem to have 60 seconds to check upcoming games/odds and place a bet before the page refreshes. It's been happening since yesterday, maybe the day before (I'm using Google Chrome if that helps in anyway).
Apart from that I've had no problems, quick payments, quite a few different markets and good odds.

Sorry about that. We hope to have it up soon. Edit: Odds are up now. Because of the playoff race the odds were on hold until the implications of this game were clearer. |

Hey TheNuts23. We have deployed a change that should fix search for these events. We are also now labeling the league on the upcoming page so it's easy to distinguish between OT included and Regular Time for NHL. Thanks for pointing this out. |

Regarding the description I haven't logged on yet so I'm not sure what t is. But for certain things like esports I'd like an indication of what league it is otherwise I have to go searching to figure it out. Same with some tennis matches , hard to figure out what tourney it is.

Sorry if this has been brought up before. But are you aware that your software only prompts you to refresh for updated odds if the odds move in your favor?
I've been playing at your book for a few months. And in the 500 or so times that the odds were updated and I had to refresh... 100% of the time the odds moved against me. They have never ever once moved in my favor. Are you aware of this glitch?
Hey PharaohUB, this is actually the expected behavior on the site. When a user enters a bet we try to minimize the percentage that we have to reject their request. We have a couple checks on each bet request to ensure that we can responsibly accept it. If the user is requesting odds better than the current odds then that triggers a red flag. We've actually been recently working on a new step to minimize the amount of time that this flag is hit. We've built an auto-refresher that will update the odds every minute without refreshing the whole page. We've been testing it in the live section (you can see it during games), and are planning to move it into the main section soon. Let me start off by saying I think you're doing a great job running bitbook and your customer support seems very good. This odds change situation is very bothersome. To me, it is a dishonest business practice. I understand you trying to justify it as avoiding the inconvenience of rejecting a bet and forcing a refresh, but I think I speak for the majority when I say I'd rather refresh and get better odds. Taking an edge when it is in your favor and rejecting it when it is not, unbeknownst to the user, isn't much different from secretly stealing funds. You seem like you care a lot about customer service and you are running the site with financial responsibility, which is great to see. In this industry, gaining the trust and confidence of your customers is paramount. I hope you will be open-minded on this issue and see that 100% transparency and a fair set of rules are extremely important. This is not meant to be a personal attack or bitbook bashing. I just want to bring this issue to light further because I feel it is so important. |
