Dahil may chek yung sa verification up to level 3.
Haha!
Not sure how many of you access coins.ph from a PC but they are now redirecting logins to pro.coins.ph. I tried to enter my password in there and they say its incorrect (I know that its not). So I opened a customer service ticket and got a very generic, uninformative response.
Yes, if someone will access coins.ph through a desktop browser, they'll direct us to their trading platform. I think you've just missed the logging-in part because we have the option to choose our phone number and email to log in, so basically, you probably haven't changed the logging-in option and haven't selected the email login.
So its literally impossible to access your wallet from their website now and they insist you login through the app.
Yep, that's it. If you want the wallet service you have to download their app. It's a hassle and not friendly anymore for those who wants to access them both within phones and PCs.
This situation combined with the new inactivity fee is kind of sinister. Wondering if this is the beginning of the end for coins.ph. Would be sad because they had such a great service going for many years.
I feel you, I've been using them since 2015 and then had to stop using them last year when they lowered my limits. They're not the coins.ph that we've loved before.
I don't know about Wei Zhou, I thought that they'll be more competitive since he's got experience in this business. But with what's happening including this not so high fee but it's totally crazy since they've known for being free as a wallet, I agree that we might see an end to them if they don't change their ways.
