I hope to see more good news about ETC in the new year. We have lost a lot of money in 2018. Now there are many people who have left crypto. For the holders of the ETC now need a good news to inspire people.

So he wants to implement a treasury model like Callisto into ETC, not a bad idea since one the teams died because of lack of funding (ETCDEV). It would need and hardfork maybe to be implemented |

The Magic of ETC is that there is no leader, there is no one in charge. There's just lots of really passionate amazing people, much like Bitcoin.
You cant point to a person who's deciding where the platform is going to go, it's not possible.
Ironic, no significant developments on ETC in the last 2 years.. good luck Ok thank you very much, don't worry about it ETC is run by the community of ethereum whom believe the code is law, decentralize, immutable and unstopable. Wonderful, to know that but how can you specify that ETC is running by the Ethereum community, maybe there are many other people is supporting your project based on the developments you are doing. Of course, some community members of ETH will definitely support this project. |

Positively. Because miners will switch their rigs to ETC. Wherever miners are, there are great chances to grow. And what about the other useless fork? It's called Ethereum Classic Vision, I looked at it and I think that it's some some grab money thing with no real utility at all |

I read about that but seems that nothing happened? I didn't understand very well because, as you said, deposits and withdrawals aren't halted on any exchanges |
