Hi All ...

Does anyone have any idea regarding the policies of selling products at BitCoinTalk forum? Or other places at all?

Our theSHOP has been finished, but not ready for the website, yet our stock is in and we are carrying a number of things that we wanted to put out for the Crypto Community.

Is there anyway we can start to sell, rather than wait for theSHOP completion?

Any help or advice will be VERY much appreciated.

O OK - thanks mate ...

I will read through and see what others have done so that no rules are broken.

The stock we currently have are high end, with much more to come in the coming weeks. This is overstock product, which we purchased too many of.

Namely the three items in the IT/Component/Computer section of theSHOP are below ...

39 x ASROCK H81Pro BTC Motherboard (6 x PCIe)
21 x ASUS B250 MINING EXPERT MotherBoard (19 x PCIe)
2 x Intel i5-7400 LGA1151 CPU
3 x Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2666MHz 32GB RAM (2x16GB)
25 x Aorus 1080TI Xtreme WaterForce Video cards

- All these Items are excess from theFARM P001 build
- All these items are in stock and Brand New with Warranty
- All these items can be purchased in AUD and BTC with delivery being extra.

The CryptoCoin purchasing is one of the backend developments that we have been working on for our coins - the first of which was OZC (as you know, then INFX - SWEEP/DRZ then ultimately all going through GRN), and is THE reason our development is taking so long to finish. I won't mention any pricing as yet until I finish researching the BCT rules on the subject, as it will all be in AUD/BCT for the time being, but it will be retail pricing until we can determine the completion of the payment processing system for the backend of our coins and BTC.

The rest that is 'going' to be offered is an array of the various components of theSHOP. Namely the four areas we currently have, and the three areas we are still finalizing deals with.

We wanted to publish this all in the next full update I'm about to post, as one of the inclusions will be that CWI itself is now an Authorized Reseller of all those components listed above (GigaByte, ASUS and Corsair with many others in the list so far), and a distributor of certain other components we have ready for theSHOP. As well as an array of well in excess of 700 other items spanning the four areas we currently have, including (but not limited to) the areas of Technical Support (part of the IT group mentioned above though we may break that off into its own area), HomeWares, Fashion (Womens wear and Accessories) and Non-Gem Jewelry currently. We are researching licensing here in Australia for Gem Jewelry, as we are NOT Jewelers, but can work with a licensed and respected Jeweler to allow for sale of GemStones and Precious GemJewelry. We will see how that area is finalized later this year.

For the time being though, the abovementioned items are in stock and theSHOP is still many weeks off, which is holding the CWI-WebSite back also.

Crysx, when launch the WEB-site?

We are working on that and hopefully have that online soon.

The basic site should be ready and published as soon as we can get all the smaller issues out of the way.

If you don't see a problem when ''soon'' has been thrown around for ONE FULL YEAR without ANY tangible result, then you have a problem mate...

Do you collaborate with the project? Are you an investor?
Don't worry, I know your answers will be "No" for both questions.

So, if you aren't involved in any way, don't complain that the project doesn't go faster.

### CWI-COINS - GRN OZC DRZ INFX SWEEP

Hi All ...

The new Logos for the coins are nearing completion. Themes and graphics design work on the board currently.

OzzieCoin (OZC) will be starting development shortly after (our plan is to start on the new codebase on the 1st July 2018). This means a not only a new look, but a new codebase, a new algo (with new specifications for the coin), and a new direction in the functionality of the coin. The other coins will follow suit when OZC is completed.

This WILL mean a hardfork for the new wallets/codebase as we are moving well away from the old deprecated codebase our coins currently have.

We are looking forward to this with great anticipation, and aim in bringing our projects inline with one another to serve the CryptoCommunities with the CWI-EcoSystem we have been building.

So the recode will start after July 1st ? And you're still on OZC, that puts Sweep in october/november at best?

No ...

Once we get OZC sorted, the same will be done with all the coins. OZC (unfortunately) is the first, so any issues need to be resolved with it BEFORE the other coins are done.

When the correct recode/rebase is done, the others will be a LOT more smooth than the first, as OZC is the 'template' for the rest. This simply means that the sooner we get OZC done 'right', the sooner the others will follow suit.

### CWI-ECOSYSTEM - INFRASTRUCTURE

Hi All ...

As so many of you have noticed, and messaged me personally, the pool systems as well as the daemon servers and pretty much ALL the backend systems are currently down.

We initially considered it was a financial issue, but that has been put to rest. In fact it involves a financial institution, but is not a financial issue. The Bank we bank with has been causing grief, and part of that is due to Crypto - apparently. So once again, we are trying remedy this issue and are working WITH them to get our systems and flow of cash back online.

When Crypto becomes mainstream, this will hopefully be a thing of the past, and these banks don;t seem to be relenting to the onslaught of people and Companies that are becoming more and more involved with Crypto. Too Bad!

They can, have and still will cause as much grief to the Crypto industry by causing as much disruption to our everyday 'banking' needs based on the bias they have AGAINST Crypto. We will endure, and succeed ... eventually.

So for the loss of mining, staking, wallets, CWI-Fund (for Escrow especially), seednodes and all the other services we provide in the background for a number of systems and projects, we apologize for the delay and will get these servers back online as soon as we kick these... ahem ...I mean - we negotiate 'fair' terms to get our money OUT of these greedy bastard banks.

We are also working on a failover system in such a case as this, and would appreciate the help of a RUBY/RAILS and PHP developer for the project.

Thanks,

### CWI-ECOSYSTEM - INFRASTRUCTURE

Hi All ...

We have been working all day and night on getting everything back up and running with our infrastructure and systems, after the main technical issues got the servers operational again.

It all seems to be functioning well, of which the pools are the main systems that you actually 'see' and are exposed to. Pyroxene is running and perfroming considerably well with performance and stability. With the exception of a full update on all servers, all is running as expected, which will happen in the next maintenance schedule early next month (Maintenance being slated for the 7th of every calendar month).

Mining itself can be restarted, and the backend systems (including the systems for theFund, theStake, theFARM and the internal mining components of Pyroxene) will be extended and added to as we work in the coming week to expand our facilites to allow for the expansion of the mining systems/Mines as well as teh backend systems (staking mines and funding systems/wallets for example).

We hope all the systems will remain as stable as they are showing to be, and as always, if there are any signs of issues, please let us know as soon as possible.

Thanks for you patience over these last three days, as we appreciate it greatly.

### CWI-COINS - PREMINE

Hi All ...

After many months of considerable thought, negotiation and deliberation, the two coins we have the premines for, have been decided upon.

The factors that brought us to these decisions are many, but the crux of it stems from the fact that ALL these coins are for the use and distribution, as well as the development and progression of each of the coins themselves. As such, the decision for the premines are static and the same, and are not negotiable after this post, as we have held these bags of coins for such a long time now (in one of the coins case, for over two years) which has caused more negatives than positives. CWI have maintained the grasp and hold of the coins and as have been promised, none of the coins have been moved unless they were to be used for the purpose they were designed for.

Many options were presented and discussed, while I personally considered all the options. Some of these options (to name a few) were ...

- A complete burn of ALL the coins in both premines.
- A complete sale of both premines.
- A complete airdrop of both premines.
- A partial component of some or all of the previous points.
- A swap for other coins and/or burn and/or sale of the remainder of the premine.

Now these options were not the only presented as mentioned, but were the ones that made the most sense.

The decision made is two fold.

1 - The coins need to be sold in what i have called a PCO (Post Coin Offering).
2 - The coins need to be distributed to as wide an audience as possible, but only a partial amount for free.

This means that for the two coins we have the premines for (OZC and SWEEP) shall be distribute in a graded/scaled sale on either the exchange or through our Discord channel, until all coins are sold. The distribution will be done on a coin amount, not a percentage of the premine.

The current amounts in the premine for the two coins are as follows ...

OzzieCoin - 10,000,000,006 OZC (~10 Billion OZC) as seen here - https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ozc/address.dws?233527.htm
SweepStakeCoin - 62,488,854 SWEEP (~62 Million SWEEP) as seen here - https://chainz.cryptoid.info/sweep/address.dws?30166.htm

The distribution of both premines will be as follows ...

For OZC ...

01sat - 2.5BOZC
03sat - 2.5BOZC
07sat - 2.5BOZC
16sat - 700MOZC
GiveAway - 1.8BOZC (Exclusively via our Partner Project - Crypto GiveAway)

For SWEEP ...

03sat - 16MSWEEP
07sat - 16MSWEEP
16sat - 16MSWEEP
25sat - 7MSWEEP
GiveAway - 7.488855MSWEEP (Exclusively via our Partner Project - Crypto GiveAway)

Crypto GiveAways (https://cryptogiveaways.org/) is the brainchild of none other than 'batesresearch' (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=132621). He is also the Founder and CEO of the highly successful CoinFestUK Coin Summit (http://coinfestuk.org) which we will attend in the coming years and support in many more ways than 'just' coins.

The SweepStakeCoin sale will be maintained and escrowed by CWI-Escrow services and will continue to do so until such time SWEEP is placed into an exchange.
The OzzieCoin sale will be initiated as sales through the exchange that we consider as being the most solid and stable, and the only one we recommend to do the transactions through - Cryptopia.

The coins will be set and will remain for the term of their sale. In the event of a swap or hardfork, both premine amounts will remain in the sale position until all are sold via the CWI-PCO, even if a swap is necessary for the coins. This event will start on Midnight Monday 3rd September 2018 Adelaide time (google 'what is the time in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia' to see the timezone difference).

The purpose of the premine and relative PCO is to bring about the closure of the full development fund, and as such, have the premine dissolved into the CWI-Fund (theFUND) BEFORE we continue with the development of ALL coins we have under our wing.

The full update is not complete thus far, but is close. This post is one portion of the full update and this needs to be published prior to the full update publication, so as to not make the next full update larger than it already is. Believe me it is large.

For those that have been following us for such a long time, and have been a part of the CWI Community, as well as those that have helped in ways we cannot thank you enough for, we hope that this will be the end of the old stage of our coin acquisition, and herald a new level of development which we have planned for the start of next month.

We hope that we can make granite (GRN), OzzieCoin (OZC), Droidz (DRZ), InfluxCoin (INFX) and SweepStakeCoin (SWEEP) a group of usable and functional coins, that will undoubtedly become an integrated component of the final leg of the development for our coin system and the integration into the one wallet we can design and implement for use in our CWI-EcoSystem. This integration stage will be the last stage in our coin acquisitions and the development of that integrations stage must happen after all the coins are rebased on their new code. This also means that PoW only coins will soon become 'not' just PoW only Smiley
