Bitcoin and litecoin are the coins which has a masternode where still running right now. Masternode can run by anyone. Masternode can increase the privacy of transactions and doing instant transactions. This is done to ensure no one can cheat or corrupt its system.

Wagerr (WGR) just released masternodes not too long ago.  It's a sports betting platofrm and the masternodes requires 25,000 WGR.  Prices are fairly cheap at around 22 cents a piece.

Masternodes is something that cheesy magic all the coins mentioned here combined have less than 1000 active and real traders with a terrible market, not to mention pre-mined or coins that are insta. none of them has ever had community experts who reviewed their code entirely.

TX is a very good coin with reality application. the price was x100 since I knew it.
masternode is very good way to make money but not for guys who don't have enough money. it's safer than trading (I think)

If you are looking for masternode coin then you should check masternodes.pro or mnrank.com because they have a good list of masternode coin. Personally I own monoeci and crown masternode, also have boscoin and excuse but their masternode is not ready yet. Masternode is good for passive income, the only concern is whether the project will stay alive for a few years so pick one with solid foundation not a huge apr.

I would like to recommend Phore! It's not just your usual hyperinflated masternode pump and dump scheme, it has actual sustainable inflation rates compared to most. Also it has active community and team plus some great features and plans for the future like decentralized marketplaces.

Market cap is still quite low and masternode is quite affordable.

regarding with eth that's still not being confirmed by the team and its still an speculations but if they will do it i guess its nice to have
some good capital to invest some money as we will see big success if master nodes will be offered PoS would be a good offer if ever
