Some people tried to use this emails to phish some information using a spoofed email address. The Pesobit Dev have already notified all that those emails should not be clicked. With the sudden release and popularity and a good potential for investment, some people are manipulating the market thus as you have noticed prices went down since the 1st days of december. The sudden bullish rise of bitcoin and partnering with this email spamming makes a great formula to pull more of the Pesobit price even lower till it touches double its ICO price.
The Pesobit Team are working in the background, once their objective as per roadmap will be met, we can see a good surge of confidence back again to said 1st Filipino Cryptocurrency
There will be many good news come this January, hopefully. Just take advantage of the cheap PSB on the exchanges, that's all I can say.

Increasing buy order volume, I think PSB is getting its confidence back, you still can get a great price right now by buying from sell orders or putting up your own buy wall

Anyone can send an email and pretend to be no-reply@pesobit.net, you can even google "fake email sender" or anything synonymous.

Also, password reset emails will only be sent if you processed a password reset so as Pesobit withdrawals from the online wallet.

Remember, if you receive an email regarding promotions, investments or anything else check it with Pesobit official social media accounts.

As for where Pesobit is heading, dozens of apparels will be added in the marketplace within the next 2 weeks. Also it looks like the online wallet will add the feature to allow Filipino users to Buy prepaid credits directly from their accounts. It won't be instant though and it will be processed within 24 hours.

I think they already stated the reason if you read back a few pages from here.  They accidentally leaked the emails of PSB users while sending an update which unfortunately one of the users have an ill intention and exploit the mistake by sending fake emails containing advertisements.  The dev also send a message of not clicking the said spam messages.

Too early to judge what the price can be as we are looking forward for the value to increase again this coming first quarter as we see that theres still many project that will be in progress after the devs vacation so let see if how the support will be back after those plan project has been implemented.
