What did I tell you? BTC will stay down under $600

Every TA article I've read over the last couple of days is bearish. Let's see if we hold $500 and ultimately CNY3000.

Exactly. That's also the way I trade. Technical analysis is good and fun but in th end, things may not go the way you expected them to go. Fundy thinking never faked me till now. If something is way too cheaper than it should be, I buy. If the opposite happens, I sell. Very simple. This may not work with bitcoin though. I am still afraid of bitcoin.

Looks like we will be stuck in the $570  to $580 USD for a long time, I checked for the past 10 days the average is $577.81 (from August 16 to August 25). Last time weve seen the $600 USD level is 23 days ago at $606.17. Movements for the past few days is not big, the biggest so far is +$12 last August 5, after that the average is $2.77. 

It's all good. I actually don't mind this kind of stability in the market. It's nice to send someone an amount today, and that it still has the same value some days later. Good step forwards for people appreciating the currency aspect of Bitcoin. It's their time now.

These people are just impatient. I posted this before, but I think it is worth repeating since this is what invariably happens when price is stalled for some time. The longer the price doesn't move the stronger will be the next movement. Last time the price was at ~$650 when people started to voice their complaints again about it being frozen or nailed down...

And then it fell $100 overnight

much better to see that there's no movement because just like what you've said it is just showing the stability of the coin
so complaining why it is not moving or it s getting down would be part of this bitcoin  investment. we just need to keep and hold

And shouting here and there like a kid that you won a debate does not make any sense here. Do you have any reasons to tell us why Bitcoin price will not go above $600 again? There were reasons why it didn't rise above that amount yet, just wait it out and see cause the year hasn't ended yet by far. Don't brag before the finishline.

Some people were expecting to see a 2013 style rise but that was more hype than reality or logical approach. It was being thought that price after halving will show some correction and over all in 550-650 $ range will be suitable and best for some period. That hacking of event played major role and created fear in market else we were having fair price above $ 600 even now.

it is the opinion of each person. we should appreciate it. everyone has a point of view, respectively.

That is a nice prediction you did because the price exactly is around the 600 dollar but what i do know is that there are allot of price rising are coming and not only risings also drop points but that will always stay the same everytime.

Eventually the price will go higher and if i am not wrong, it can even go to 650, the price where we were a month ago.
The bitfinex hack did harm the price a lot, but there is no reason that the price will go down again, because of miners getting half rewards which in a normal world means the price has to stay over 500 dollar.

Sorry if you think I am just being pessimistic and I am not spreading FUD. The basis of my statement is from the movement of BTC's price. To me it is better to tell the truth based on what is happening now than telling lies that bitcoin will reach ATH basing it on nothing but hope. I am aware that many people will hate me for it but come on, let us not live in denial. Bitcoin right now is indeed weak and could go even lower which is good because we all could buy cheaper coins.

Predicting prices based on last year performance may not a good idea because what happened last November may not take place in this November. Due to the recent hack, BTC prices and people sentiment also low so it may take some more time to pick up demand for bitcoins until that prices will range bound and we may not see any big jump from the current price.

They go up and down up and down always will or atleast for a few years cause it's such a fresh currency, so for you to stay it will not reach above 600 is dumb. There's limited supply so price will rise if attention to it will
