You obviously were not in on the Lisk ICO.  If this is scary, Lisk was like walking through a meat slaughterhouse during an LSD trip.  Hundreds and hundreds of pages that went on and on and on and on....

I read that it was just a bunch of investor repeating the same quote, I'm guessing as part of a campaign. Something like Lisk power.

It's just that the way it's word it there, as people are reading that they will get a debit card, and processing that in their head, they're going to miss the certain threshold part. Now if it said as a gesture of appreciation, all who invest 5BTC or more will have the option.
