I am sad you have that kind of definition in your life, maybe you are not really meant for gambling because in my case although I lose my money but the fun that I get is so satisfying, I was addicted in my younger days but able to solve the problem and here I am not enjoying gambling like it should be. Knowing the risk is necessary when you are a first timer so you can control your attitude, you do not want to discover it late when the problem has grown big already.

According to me Gambling is a Shit activity which mainly Depends upon your luck and you don't need any experience in it, Also your winnings depends upon your luck also in this mostly you will lose your money.

You are not a well planned person that is why you have a number of issues. For getting into gambling you need to plan a schedule for your self and do not need to play with all of your money and do not need to play for profit but try to play only for entertainment and gambling with only those amount which you can afford for entertainment.

In my mind when I heard for gambling in my mind is not provably fair,mafia ,poker and luck because mafia control most casinos,in most Europe maybe in all Europe countries ,in my it is law that pupils which gamble must win 8% from their bets and 92% times casino must win.I know that information because i know one police inspector which is controlling casinos.

My definition of gambling is very simple anything where you take risk of any kind and result is independent and can not be influenced is called gambling. You have can win or loose and you know that very well and understand the all possibilities.

Gambling is much more than that bro, gambling means something where you will always feel for playing even when you win or even when you loose. Gambling means playing against a house edge and still being too optimistic about winning.

And on top of all gambling means that you know you will loose still you always do it, itself means a super addictive activity.

There is a twist on how gambling site advertise .  Gambling uses the word entertainment to lure people and think that it is some recreational activity.   The fact that there are 3 group of people going to a casino, recreational gambler, pathological gambler and problem gambler. This only means that gambling is not for entertainment alone, but also for those who want to win a profit by playing on that casino.

if you have no limit in gambling then i consider it as a dangerous thing no fun there.

The definition will always be the same to everyone, playing for a chance to win money or something with value. In my opinion, it's an opportunity to win but no proper proof that you can really get some. There would be different feelings that you can come across like, why did I bet on that, or why did I still gamble, I have a lot of trouble coming if I would just win one more time I could get my money back, etc. That feeling could lead you to more trouble, more debts, etc.

Yup the gambling is not a game with yourself, it's a game to play with others. And I too agree that in gambling winning is depends on luck and strategy. For me, the gambling is a just a fun game it will give me relax, and I will kill my free time easily. And sometimes the winnings will help me to get my daily needs.

Gambling is for fun but I do not agree it depends on luck, matured gamblers does not think luck will give them a long term success and that will only happen if we bet in lottery and we win. Majority of us here are making our journey in gambling and we love to do it slowly, like some gamblers are betting in sports and poker in a regular basis, of course with that you can't be satisfied with your winnings overnight.

gambling is not a cancer nor crime its a crime if your below 18. it depends for you if you see gambling is bad but there are people make it as hobby and some others make profit in gambling. gambling doesnt steal your bitcoin it just because you lose but one day you might regain what you lose in gambling

Yeah gambling is not like playing solitaire where you are the only one playing, you are either playing against other players or against the casino itself, personally I prefer to play games against other players since those are mostly the only ones where you have a chance of winning.
