I think we all have, guess they should make it clearer with some kind of pop up message.
I do understand why they have these controls though, I run a forum and newbies can cause havoc if they are not restricted to start with. Helps to keep the spammers away too.

i can see the point, but its soo freaking annoying... i saw an ad for a bitminer a few months ago, and i wanted to purchase it.. then i signed up so i could speak to the guy, but i couldnt find the pm button or reply lol
