Bitcoin in my country is not much popular but people know what is bitcoin and they see it from another angle as only hackers use it. But so far I haven't seen a large number of people using bitcoin.
Here also bitcoin is not that popular well actually the people know it but there are not a lot of shops locally that support it. There's not many shops I can pay at with bitcoin but atleast I have options to do that online. Honestly, is there a real need for you to pay with Bitcoin in local stores? Since you don't miss out on anything when you pay with fiat, there isn't a real need to wait for local stores to accept Bitcoin as payment option. When it comes, it will come, when it doesn't come, it's fine too. Yeah and if we are unable to spend them then its also helping us in saving our bitcoins for the future as it is expected that price will rise in future so we can gain higher benefits from it.

Its hard to convince people who are not aware about the latest technology as most of them will feel that its a scam and they will loose their money if they invest in it.

Bitcoin is not popular in my country and almost everyone here don't know what and how is bitcoin like and works. I never even met someone that know what is bitcoin in real life.
That sucks over here atleast there are some people that know about bitcoin and some places you can pay with bitcoin. But over here it's also not too popular, there's only one or two places I know where they accept it somewhat.

Its hard to convince people who are not aware about the latest technology as most of them will feel that its a scam and they will loose their money if they invest in it. thats right, its really hard to convinced them because they are not aware if how bitcoin or what bitcoin can bring them in terms of investment but if you can show them or allow them to see how profitable bitcoin can be for sure you can attract them too.

I believe there are lot of people from my country who knows bitcoin already. The evidence is clearly seen in this site. But still most or majority of our country's population is not familiar with it, or worst, have no idea what it really is.

Bitcoin is not known here honestly , only a few people know bitcoin in depth (like what is it really , and who created it etc....). Other people don't really know much about it since they used it a few times (in the Bitcoin debit card services) simply to be able to verify their PayPal accounts.

Yes, most of the countries are here, where bitcoin is not use in official level, and also majority of the people don't know about bitcoins, so thats a problem of bitcoin. But it could be solved only when our government would accept it, but i know that the day will come but it is time taking work.

Indeed for now, most countries are there in the world is still very sensitive to bitcoin. so this becomes a challenge for us, to do the best promotion so that everyone knows about the bitcoin and finally they use the bitcoin since acknowledge about bitcoin

The type of people who are likely to discover bitcoins or cryptocurrencies are the ones who are familiar or always using the internet, And most of them are the youngsters . That's why no wonder that the majority or them are youngsters but it's still a grear thing that more people are using bitcoins.

yeah here as well. honestly when bitcoin was first introduced to me i had trouble believing it also so i can imagine what goes on in people's mind when they first hear about btc. i think first thing would be to doubt if this is credible or not. but i think in the near future, btc will be more widely accepted and i'm looking forward to that

You're from the Philippines? Either way, 25% of the population there is involved in the Bitcoin industry? I highly doubt that as there are more than 100 million citizens there, where 25% is the same as +25 million users. I doubt Bitcoin has even 4 million users (people that at least do something Bitcoin related once a month) at this moment.
