We know that bitcoin is strong and all the wallets have milletry grade security but one of my stupid friend today said that maybe someone can hack it with just a calculater because with math and correct formulas we can even predict gambling bets if that is possible then maybe there is any chance of this
this is the funniest post i have read in ages, i dont mean to be disrespectful to the op, but seriously if you understood bitcoin you would understand that hacking a bitcoin address is just impossible

If bitcoin is not strong and hackable by that then many of us will stop or even will never try using bitcoin . Like why would you risk your money with that. And if it's that easy to hack then many of us have been a millionaire by now.

Maybe its possible if the security is weak. But i think its gonna hard to do that because some online gambling are have more security so it getting hard to hack it. But if your friend is profesional in that work maybe he can do that easy. Because many hacker now are very good in that work.

No, we can't do that. People who have no idea what math is tend to demonise it, but in reality no mathematician, even if he/she is the best in the world, can predict a single bet. In the terms of science we can only speak about probability of an event but we can't be 100 percent sure about the outcome.

Lol even you are mastered in math you can not predict and calculate it we are in new generation which is not the same before that its all calculated in math.. now we are in more encryption for those games ..

I am sure your friend don't know much about the bitcoin. Definitely he have heard about some "lottery winners' stories" that someone won the lottery by solving there algorithms etc. Bitcoin is not based on such type algorithms which can easily be hacked or solved, it is not that easy man, infact it is impossible with only a calculator.

I'm with you on that. Well, mostly, since I still wouldn't completely exclude a possibility of some genius hacking the Bitcoin hashing algorithm, with or without a calculator. As far as I know, it hasn't been proven that there is no easier way to find the hash function used for Bitcoin mining (double SHA-256, if I'm not mistaken).

I tried bending one in a 20-ton hydraulic break press, but I couldn't even get it into the press.

I agree even the best mathematician cannot tell which number will appear in the next draw of the lottery. Even in dice, they can just tell the probability but not the exact result of it. As for bitcoin encryption, I bet you calculator had already drained its new battery even before it can encrypt the first 6 number of the hash security of bitcoin.

Obviously, you didn't try hard enough or simply chose the wrong press! You should have used this one, and your Bitcoin would have been crushed like an ostrich egg under a sledgehammer:

yes bitcoin is very much strong and for that we all have believe on bitcoin and we are happily investing our money in bitcoin without any problem and without any doubt of issue with that in the future.

I can imagine that bitcoin is very strong it has a lot of funds in it and there are a lot of people investing in it too.
The foundation has been build if you asking me and it will only continue to grow stronger throughout the years.
I think the strength of bitcoin does not depend on the total funds of bitcoin, but from the users themselves. if bitcoin has little bitcoin users would be very weak and may be easily killed. but when bitcoin have hundreds of millions of users bitcoin would be very strong

You are right with it and we can see the more users are going to start using bitcoins then that is going to make the price of bitcoin higher. And that is going to make the demand of bitcoins really high. And regarding its strength for its security we can see of how bitcoin is really strong and tough enough to compete with other currencies.

The SHA-2 algorithm, which also includes a hashing function known as SHA-256 and used in Bitcoin cryptography, has been developed by the National Security Agency, and they might already have a sort of back-door undermining Bitcoin cryptographic security. That would allow, for example, a successful preimage attack, which in the case of Bitcoin would mean that the NSA might obtain private keys to any Bitcoin wallet (address) in acceptable time frame.

We know that bitcoin is strong and all the wallets have milletry grade security but one of my stupid friend today said that maybe someone can hack it with just a calculater because with math and correct formulas we can even predict gambling bets if that is possible then maybe there is any chance of this
Bitcoin so far nowadays, are in the stage of investment according to the survey. Because honestly, still there are few countries are adopting really the system of bitcoin together with the benefits and advantage of it.

Well as more and more lay people are beginning to sue bitcoin it is getting more noticed that is for sure. I think as long as we have computers and internet, bitcoin is here to stay for the long haul. In the future, well only God knows really what will happen with it.
When more people are going to use bitcoin for sure bitcoin will be more become strong and it will notice everyone that the price will increase the price and it can be uses on internet soon and in the future. maybe.

Bitcoin lasted until now and went through tons of bumps and dumps, falls in price, restrictions and rules, darkweb markets getting closes, I think bitcoin has already shown how persistent it is and therefore can last for a prolonged period of time from now.
