Some people are probably thinking this swap is only killing BTCD. The pice is at 40 for a month now due to the constant dumps. Just place your sell order at the fair price. Someone will pick it up eventually.

I would say they had plenty of time and warning as to how this would work since KMD is essentially replacing BTCD so, they can either sell now or, just do nothing except getting their BTCD in a local wallet till after the snapshot/swap and receive a like value of KMD (and some REVS) that SHOULD raise even higher than BTCD in the long run. I see this as an opportunity, not a bad thing. Just hope it all works as JL777 sees it working. |

Iguana GUI update from boogieman 1. Angular switch is almost done. We will cover it with possible tests ourselves and release. So some bugs are expected to be revealed. 2. The GUI will support 10 more coins in 0.1.2 release. We discovered there are more than 300 btc-compatible coins and there is no problems to add them all, but the icon of a coin. To match the interface look well, it should be slightly adopted. It does not take much time (10-20 mins), but multiply 300 X 20 mins = 100 hours = 2,5 weeks. That’s why we decided to make up quickly a guide for the coins representatives. We will publish it with the next release on Monday. 3. The mockups for Iguana (Desktop & Mobile) and Non-Iguana (Desktop) are being steadily upgraded and added with elements for new features. As we are trying to create an ultimately universal UI which fits all screens resolutions (the reason I explained in the last update) it takes some time to find a one-size-fits-all solution. But that is worth it because soon we gonna experience it on the chrome app. 4. Next week we gonna busy with Chrome app installer and fixing bugs after 0.1.2 release. Release notes will be posted on the GitHub repo as usual.  |

This is such a trap for BTCD holders. No buy support and all I want is to GTF out of this KMD swap.... what a joke. I dont want KMD and I'm stuck with BTCD or have to sell so cheap its a total fucking disaster. Sorry for all who invested. The price is going to tank like Steem after it hits exchanges. I just hope I can recover some of my initial BTC investment into BTCD waaay back when.
Is there going to be buy support wall for those who want out? I sure hope so.
i dont get it. You get a better price then during the ico and (maybe) a final and working Plattform at the end. Selling now doesnt make much sense to me. In case the unsold Komodo Coins getting burned this becomes rare af too. Could be a Gem in the future. We distribute all 90M komodo coins to our investors (90 %), no coins get burned. You can use the ICO calculator to speculate how much KMD you will receive.  The KMD/BTC exchange rate can be calculated on Sunday after the ICO has ended. After Sunday the BTCD is the only way to accumulate more KMD, as it will take at lest 2 weeks before KMD is traded in any exchange. However it could take little longer as we cannot promise any date when the exchanges list KMD. Will there be a buy wall was the question. Any knowledge on that? |

I would suggest not. There is no point in using funds collected for development of the platform on buy walls. |

That gui looks really nice. That's being said, can you guys integrate cusom themes later on? For a better answer you would have to ask the GUI team, but I suspect it's not the priority right now. However that would make sense, as we want different coin communities to adopt our wallet. so have you guys contacted some exchanges that will add KMD right after the distribution of ico coins?
We have promised to contact and inform the exchanges about Komodo. However, we cannot promise anything as it's up to them to list Komodo. |

Few hours to go before ICO officially ends. It's a big success in my own opinion. Now is the time for the team to fully focus on project implementations. Love that Iguana multi-wallet. Cheers everyone.

I am very excited now since I invest all of my bitcoin here, I hope it will be good result after the ICO end, so far I've seen komodo staff that they are trying their best to achieve the good result, and also I hope some big exchanges like bittrex or polonex will be add komodo. |
