Attention Komodo Whales! We have just launched a new Komodo feature called 'Jumblr', it is a decentralized anonymizer for KMD and BTC. It is being tested right now and we need your help! Why should you do this? - you will help the development team; this is another usecase for KMD - you will conceal your funds; gain privacy - as a community we all need to JUMBLR as much as possible to enhance its privacy effect A million KMD deposit would keep the JUMBLR service busy for over a week, and the more participation we get the more privacy the service provides. Once there is a critical mass, then it becomes the most private way to mix funds, and since it is not subject to any of the normal risks it should become self-sustaining. The use of Jumblr costs about 0.3 % Message from jl777: need some people who are able to test JUMBLR. at least 2 people to start JUMBLR of their funds at approx the same time. Then to make sure it completes and then to verify that using block explorer it isnt possible to know who controls the destination KMDjumblr addresses. JUMBLR is unique in that all the "mixing" happens without any other parties directly involved. you are always in control of your funds, there are no multisig, multiparty tx. yet we end up with fully anonymized funds in the KMDjumblr address. My next step is to add the DEX of BTC <-> KMD on top so we get a BTC jumblr, but if we can get people to test the JUMBLR core (working with KMD only) in parallel it will speed things up.

Why the sad face? JUMBLR uses zk-snarks, ie z-transactions It also incorporates teleport concepts. Additionally a lot (but not all) of the teleport and telepathy is now part of the notary network. The change in architecture necessitated some changes, but the primary goal of easy to use privacy tech is achieved. |

Think of jumblr as a way to automate the process of anonymizing your currency using zk snarks |

Are you sure that you used the same seed that you saved from the ico dashboard? The same seed will always open the same address in Basilisk or Full mode. Maybe you made a typo, like a space at the end. Only Native mode has its own addresses unrelated to the seed (but this should change in next release). |

Only 3 BTC dayly volume, moved to the third page on bittrex. It looks sad . That's incredible. The huge volume was to dump the tokens got from ICO. You should be happy, not sad. If the interest in Komodo grows at speed of X users/day, and the volume that are interested in buy X users isn't greater of the needs of "liquidity" of those Komodo owners+investors that enter in panic, we can expect nothing better. We need to look at the whole picture when come to consideration about market. At the moment investors are at least trying to not waste their money and those of the other token's owners. I always think about the lack of a key component in the mechanism of the exchange: it is the respect among people. But this looks not like the right place to talk about it. |

I wonder why nobody ever considered that maybe some of the devs or team members are selling off some. These guys probably get them for "free" for the their work, or at a price way below ICO. Not saying there's anything wrong with it, but it is a possibility. |

Well the thing is that whales tend to suppress the price of new coins at high inflation points to get hold of majority of the coins at cheap price. That's happening everywhere and there is no way to stop it. For those who claim that it is scam of dev team I say that is natural habits of crypto whales and there isn't much to do. Only short-term pump can be achieved by Poloniex addition, which should be inevitable. |
